Horrible service!! I like the food, but on the last visit, my wife and I went for a late lunch around 2:30 in the afternoon. We were seated and there were only a few other tables with customers. There were four servers and they stood near the server window by the kitchen and chatted, while they didnt come over to us. There were also about 6 or 7 tables that hadnt been cleared and cleaned. That right there was telling. After 10 minutes we finally got our water and the server said he would be back. We had to wave at someone to then give us a menu. After that, only one person was trying to get things together as they kept chatting. After another ten minutes, waiting for someone to take our order, we got up and left. They didnt even acknowledge that we were leaving even though we hadnt been served. They even kept looking at our table then at each other as who is going to serve us. I have never been back, as I couldnt imagine what a crowd would be like.

I will start by saying things are usually great when dining in. Followed up with, I have never had a good to go experience. Every single time we think "oh man I forgot how bad their take out sucks!!" .60 cents for a 1/3 filled ranch every time and the cups are always covered in ranch on the outside. Wings either barely sauced or absolutely swimming. Fries or potato products always have to be re cooked at home- we live about 3 min from this location so no they arent just a little soggy from the trip home. They half ass it because they know youll get home and likely wont turn around and come back to correct it. They would never serve it to you like this in store because it would be sent back every time! Huge bummer.

So-so overpriced food. Four out the door for $75. Three didnt finish. Fries were dry, even with cheese on them. Mac and cheese was unique... Boneless wings were not good at all. Chicken wrap was a hit though. Chicken tenders were better than most places. Burger was okay. Pretzels were excellent. Just hated spending that kind of money and walking out not having eaten half of the food.

This is the worst bw3 I have ever been too. My food was cold. I let a server know it was cold and she was pissy about it. The server I had was not good. He did not come to check on us or give us a refill. I took him 10 mins just to bring us our change. I will never go back there.

Its a chain wing shop, but its MY chain wing shop. Its got good beer on tap and great service and of course cheap wings on Tuesdays. TVs and viewing angles are good for sports. I guess Id say this is my favorite sports bar and my favorite Bedubs.

They just renovated and made everything brand new. And the lady working the take out cashier area named Alexis is super nice and always makes sure everything is right and she definitely deserves a raise. Nicest woman.

Its a little bit busy but it was lunch time and we both got the same thing and in looking at the check they charged a penny more on the tax on one of our meals. So if you go there you might just want to watch this.

Great place to to catch a game and enjoy great wings. Staff is pleasant and attentive. I do wish they had darker windows looking out to the parking lot. Not enough privacy from the outside looking in.
