I will start by saying I like TGI Fridays alot, normally... this location is a completely different story. I am a server myself and I know good service. I would give one star if I could. This is the second negative experience in a row I have had at this location. I promise I will NEVER be back. Not only was I treated disrespectfully by everyone except the hostess and the person who brought our food, but the food was also mediocre. Walking in we are greeted immediately, not by the GM who was obviously standing there, who looked annoyed, but by a nice hostess. We are lead to not just one, but two dirty tables before being sat at a clean one. Upon sitting, both my guest and I see a woman give us a dirty look. The same woman turns and says I will be with you in a minute, not a welcome, not her name, nothing. She then comes back and asks for a drink order, no upsell, no actual greet. She brings drinks and walks away. She brings a dessert to the table and insults one of the kids sitting there, with a fake laugh at the end. It takes a lot for me to be surprised but I was actually shocked. After several minutes, she comes back and asks if we are ready to order. She grabs the order and walks away quickly. Our dinner, which was all apps, took quite a while to come out. The restaurant was not busy enough to take 15 minutes for appetizers. We finish relatively quickly and our server comes back and grabs the empty plates and says "was everything ok?" At this point I ask for a manager and shes ask why. I let her know that this is my second poor experience in a row and she surprisingly apologizes. She aggressively sits down the plates she picked up from us at the nearby side station and storms out on the patio to find a manager. We sit for almost five minutes waiting for a manager. Finally a guy named Jake or James or something came over and apologized about Ashley, our server. This is the first time I even hear of this girls name. He stood next to us for a while, while our server was no where in sight. He made excuse after excuse about why the service is bad (we had a 20000 dollar dinner rush, she was on a double, etc.) And after the excuses says not that any excuse explains this. He then sits down on a window sill next to us and continues to fake listen and lets us know he will have a talk with her, which I know was a lie. We then ask him how big the sections servers receive here was, just out of curiosity. He said they were down a few servers tonight and our server had a 10 table section... I actually laughed at the guy. He was obviously a BOH manager or something because he had no idea about front of house. Where was the General manager? Who knows. I asked for our checks from J and not only did he not offer to take anything off for our bad experience, but he didnt ask us to come back and give them another chance. I will be telling EVERYONE I know about this exprerience and will most likely contact corporate.

I cant imagine how the ratings are so high for this location. I guess a lot can happen in a years time though since last reviewed. We visited for the last time today undoubtedly. First off no one was there to greet us, we stood for about 3 minutes before a waiter came and sat us. Next up was dirty silverware, not like water stains either, like old dried food particles dirty. Disgusting. Sitting there waiting for our drinks to arrive I looked over at the partition of our booth and the pictures on it. I couldnt make out the pics between the dirt, splattered old food and kids fingerprints slathering the glass. GROSS! Ive about lost my appetite at this point. We ordered our food and it arrived fairly quickly. My mother got the Bruscheta chicken and I got the Jack Daniels sampler as a meal. I asked the waItress when ordering if the fries are seasoned like in the picture in the menu. She said "yeah theyre seasoned fries." So the food arrives and they hand me the plate, I see a half rack of the driest, most skinny beef ribs Ive ever seen in my life. They looked like they had dehydrated off a starving camel in the desert somewhere. The only thing on the entire plate that had any of the Jack glaze on it was the sesame chicken chunks, everything else was totally baron and I wasnt even given the glaze in the little bowl on the plate. So I wait for the waitress to come back so I can ask if theyre out of glaze or what and I realize the fries were no where in sight either. WTF is going on in this place? Waitress comes back, I tell her I got no sauce or fries and shes off to fetch the rest of my ordered items. She comes back with plenty of glaze for me and the fries that are absolutely shimmering with salt and heavily peppered. Seriously, they were inedibly covered in salt as if it were a joke. She said she told them "extra seasoning". Ok, "why?" I thought. "I just wanted to be sure they were seasoned fries, not extra anything mam." She took them away and brought back a plate of fries half the size as the last one with virtually no seasoning on them. FACEPALM. My dear god, if you cant make a plate of seasoned french fries right its time to pack it in Fridays. I just seasoned them myself at that point and gave up. Put my J.D. glaze on everything and ate, like I said the ribs were horrible, the shrimp was just fine and so was the sesame chicken pieces. My mother said her chicken was also cooked to death and dry like my ribs. Terrible dining experience here and will never go back.

Overpriced with small portions. My wife and I ate there fairly regularly, but stopped after the past few visits. The service went really downhill compared to earlier times. One time we were seated and 15 minutes went by without even getting water. We left and as we were leaving, the greeter asked if we enjoyed our meal, I told her what happened and she looked shocked as I was clearly displeased. We went again not long after and though the experience wasnt that bad, they only served us our drinks and food but never returned to check on us. One of the sides was missing. When we asked for the check, they only deducted the price of the side and it took them 10 minutes to process the bill. Then just about six months ago, my friend came by my place and I offered him lunch and he chose Fridays. I didnt object. We were seated, got our water quickly. My friend got the same thing I did, a chicken caesar salad for $8.95. The picture of it was good size. When they brought it, we were informed that this isnt the dinner portion size which cost $3 more, rather a smaller portion and they apologized. Fine but the salad was no bigger that what would be in a bowl of a side salad. I told him that the picture on the menu is misleading, but he said there was nothing he could do about it. That was my absolute last ever visit to this place regardless.
