Disgusting food made by dirty people. Like their manager Carl , who was handling money and keys and went back to making food without washing his hands. Forgot my cheese sauce for my box meal and when I went back to get it. He called me a liar and said it was on there. Worst place to eat in Colmbus Ohio . Never going back to taco bell again. If you want horrible service and food poisoning , go to Taco Bell on Harrisburg pike.

This Taco Bell is definitely on the lower end of the TBs Ive been to. I expect Taco Bell food to be mediocre, so I would put mediocre but fresh at 5 stars. However, I rarely get to mediocre here. They are open late, and its food. But if you want good Taco Bell food, go to a different location. The chicken in your quesadilla will be hard, the quesadilla uncut, and only 1/4 of it will actually be toasted.

They never put the extra cheese on the tacos after I paid for it. They have robbed me for the last time. When you ask them to fix it, you get an attitude. They always only put five strands of cheese on anything you order. Im not sure if they are trained to do this or what but its annoying to only get a lettuce taco. It cant be costing them that much money. Toilets are always backup with

My first time ever visiting this Taco Bell they took forever to make my order and there understaffed plus the shift managers take there frustrations out on the customers. My second visit to this restaurant ended in the same way this is the one of the worse bells I have been to Update stupid me for coming here again same nasty food same poor service

Un-authentic mexican inspired dishes... with a side of teenage attitude, sprinkled with bountiful amounts of f*ckyou. (ANY of the local authentic South American food trucks will taste and be better for you than this garbage.) That being said, I suppose their "nacho bell grande" is kind of tasty if your stomach can handle the over processed food.

Worst taco bell on the planet. Cold food rock hard tortillas. Bunch of kids working at night with their friends all in the dining area when its vlosed. No wonder the service at night time is terrible. I will never go there again as long as i live. Ill make the drive to broad or wilson road.

This is truly the slowest taco bell in America. We have waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru on multiple occasions. Theyre usually pretty sloppy with the food too.
