Love it there. Read of others being a ChicFilet fan, not me, after their stand on gays, would never go back. Was thrilled at the opening of PDQ but puzzled as to WHY TENDERS? Thought I would be the grilled turkey with coleslaw girl, well, those were zeros to me, the chicken filets with honey mustard were the best I have ever had and will go back all the time for them. I do not ever order fries, but these are fair fries, outstanding, and the true test is that all the garbage in the hot garage till garbage day does not even stink of lard. Geesh. Yes the service is very friendly and efficient. Welcome to Ocala, I would say the only problem will be getting in with the crowds.

The rude one african american male. We had problems paying for our drinks. Inside the restaurant. We got a refund. That is all we got. He is a young male employee. HE was nice to me. When the white young female customers came into the restaurant. We not pay for the drinks. And we gave it to him. Told him he was rude. Ran away from us,talk back rude,yell and interrupt, walked away from him while we were talking to him,rush to get rid of us, repeat the same question, look at other people while wait on us. We had to ask him to come back and wait on us. The interior is nice. And it had many dirty tables. And employees not busy and not clean it up.

PDQs is definitely an alternative to ChickFilA and Bojangles. If you are looking for a chicken sandwich that is not as heavy PDQ is an option. The only issue with this location is it is not as easily accessible from 540 or 440 as I would like. That said, if you work in the Falls of the Neuse area I would suggest giving it a try. They also have one of those Coke machines that offers all the different options. I did not try their sweet tea so I could not compare it to ChickFilA or Bojangles. Sweet tea is very important when eating a friend chicken sandwich.

Absolutely the freshest & tastiest chicken around!! Everytime I go in a PDQ, I instantly feel happy! The place is really light and airy, and it always has just a good vibe. The customer service is fantastic and the food is great. I like the fact that I dont have to stare at the menu for an hour to figure out what I want to eat. You can taste the quality in the product also. They use antibiotic free chicken and turkey, everything is prepared fresh daily, and they dont use any frozen food or microwave. Cant wait to see PDQs popping up everywhere!

If you work nearby, this is an excellent lunch option. Its all chicken, but their salads are fresh and they dont use too much dressing. Very consistent, and the staff and management always put a personal touch on everything. I always see them chatting with customers and giving it that personal attention that you often dont get at fast food restaurants. The salad with fried chicken and honey mustard dressing is my favorite. I also love how CLEAN this place is. Lots of attention to detail here. Nothing fancy - just a solid place for lunch!

PDQ is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! They never let me down!! Im in love with this place! The grilled chicken salad and spicy buffalo tender sandwich is the best thing you could ever get! They also have their own homemade ranch (Delicious!!) (and other spices too like honey mustard, chipotle bbq, sweet heat, buffalo bleu, bleu cheese and creamy garlic) The home made fresh cut fries are great and im pretty sure everything else is too!! Youll love it!! (I usually go to the one in Wake Forest, NC)

Love the honey butter chicken nuggets. Very tasty. The fries are pretty good, but still not very crispy...however, they are better than when the restaurant first opened. The salads are good too. The service is very good, the attendants refer to you by name and smile. Usually students are the ones helping you at the drive through and they are very personable and smile. You dont see that much at other restaurants.

The service was quick as you would hope when going to a place called PDQ. I hadnt even finished filling up my drink when they called out my order as ready. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was tasty, but as a lover of spicy foods it could have been hotter. The fries were varied in texture, some very crisp with others just short of floppy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Today was my first time there. I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken sandwich was tender and juicy while not being very salty in my opinion (like Chick Fil-A). The fries were just right and the green tea (with a hint of jasmine taste) was surprisingly unsweetened. Much healthier option than sweet tea and very uncommon for a fast food chain. I will be back soon!

We had ordered a massive $300 catering order for my brothers college grad party. Not only was the order not ready (they somehow didnt save our order from when we called weeks before) by the time specified but the staff were not apologetic about it at all. They hardly acknowledged us as we waited and ended up being late to set up for the party.

The food is good. The hourly staff is very well trained. The woman manager needs a bit more tolerance training on how to treat her fellow human in my opinion. If I wanted to work for PDQ she certainly isnt the one to work under. I will still eat at the "original chicken sandwich" for the food and their family values Mr "bill willy".

My one and only fast food place! The food is fresh and served as ordered. The services is excellent and the staff is friendly and always calls you by name. My children love the fresh cut fries and my personal favorite is the turkey sandwich. When on the go, I you would not go wrong with PDQ!

Good place for fast food chicken tenders. The ranch dressing to dip tenders in is great. The cole slaw with blueberries, very tasty. Salads are good & you can get them topped with tenders. Sign up for their emails to get notices of specials. They have some good deals on party trays.

Food is good! Service through the drive-thru is HORRIBLE! You have ask for utensils when you have a salad. It has happened to me several times 3 to be exact. If youre going to rush please be accurate. Ive called twice and spoke to the GM Amy after the 3rd time Ive given up!

Ordered food and sat down to wait for it. 5 minutes go by and they call my order number. I get to the counter and some older couple is standing there eating from our plates. I say something to the manager and she asked "so do you want new food?" will never eat here again.

The food was EXCELLENT and matched by great customer service! One of the cooks came out and even chatted with our kids and answered all their silly questions. William (our cashier ) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We wil definitely be back!

Kid-friendly, modern decor, and extremely quick. Our food was ready before I had time to get drinks. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the fries were good, and the sauce (Buffalo Bleu) was tasty. Overall a quick, delicious meal for a decent price.
