Had us waiting for 20 min for a drive-thru order, because they told us to pull up into a parking space and they would bring us our order. After awhile I had to go into the restaurant go remind them that i was waiting for my order, and my order was sitting on the counter. when i took a bit it was cold... bad service... The sad part is I have gone to many KFC and some are with good service but a large some of them give you very bad service.

The worst KFC Ive ever been to. I live in the area, and Ive been dealing with this KFC for years. I always get KFC out of town because I do not want to deal with this one. Staff is slow, rude, and clearly uneducated at their jobs. The lobby is dirty 9 out of 10 visits.

Tables recently cleaned, food was slightly better than at another KFC I had been to recent though the store and interior seemed older it seemed well cared for. They didnt mind we ate some Arbys inside as well.
