I phoned in a carryout order, never having been here before. Immediately after walking in, I noticed my shoes sticking to the filthy floor. I considered walking right back out, but I decided to give the food a chance anyway. That was a mistake. Really, the food wasnt that bad except for the awful cole slaw on the burger, and my kids chicken tenders were terribly dry and looked like they had freezer burn before cooking. We threw them out instead of feeding them to him. Im guessing they dont sell a lot of tenders. In short, save yourself the disappointment of going to this place. There are too many good places to eat to waste your money and appetite here.

I do NOT appreciate how this manager Bradley treats his crew members. Ive been coming here and I keep hearing him raise his voice at his crew and that is unacceptable. It was so disturbing for me to come inside and eat my meal because of his excessive yelling. A manager is suppose to professional and he is not. Hes so rude to his waitresses Kayleigh shes the sweetest there as well as Katie. Either he needs a new job or a new attitude adjustment!

A long time getting the order to the table. Food was luke warm when it arrived. Chili sauce was a bit salty. These feedback items are only for this location. Other H 55s are much different and better.

The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The diner type setting and menu is a nice break from the run of the mill restaurants you usually find. Our food was delicious too!
