Cleanliness 3/5 - Tables were clean. The bathroom however was out of soap (all restaurants should stay on top of this!). I saw a couple of employees use the restroom as well in the hour I was there with my wife, and I was worried that they werent washing their hands which is required by law before returning to handling the food. I hope theres a sink with soap in the kitchen they were using. Service 4/5 - Staff was attentive. Food was a bit slow coming out but Im patient. Price 5/5 - Great price for very good burgers! Quality 4/5 - I would definitely come here to get a burger before ever going to a fast food place. Their cheeseburgers are the best!

Hilltop road store very good, so was the holly springs store, the apex nc store was BAD. Messy floors, waitress dumped drink all over the table, food not cooked right. Dont bother to complain to their cooperate office, i got no response.

The staff always seems a little busy when we go here. They might need more staff members. We waited a little longer than we liked for food etc. on our last trip there. The atmosphere is okay, but not one of my favorites.

The food is always hot. Hands down the best tasting burgers in the Raleigh area that I have had so far. Employees have so far all been attentive and polite. I come here all the time and never had a single issue

Good food, but service can be spotty. 95% of the time everything is great so I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good burger quickly.

Used to be a great place when it was Andys, but ever since Hwy 55 took over the quality of the food has gone way down. Usually super friendly service though.

The worst meal I have had in a very long time. Was in a party of 4 and 3 were served prompt but the 4th never got his meal proper... Not very happy

Yummy burgers, always fresh. They recently changed their fries. The new ones arent as good as the old ones were. The custard is a tasty treat.
