The Delco NC location is the WORST Hwy 55 that I have EVER been to. Totally getto. The service is awful and the care in putting together an order worth the money does not exist there. I have given 4 chances for them to show some improvement and it just got worse. There is nothing but inexperienced, irresponsible, lazy, sloppy, filthy idiots, with flippant attitudes and no sense of work ethics what so ever. They may as well sit on the couch and collect a paycheck. Whomever owns this location should be stripped of this franchise due to lack of "give a damn". I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Service is terrible. sanitation grade is a 92 and its always full of flies in the dining area. milkshakes are good. really needs a manager. its always just teenagers in there working. never any structure. rarely answers the phone when calling in an order. waitresses are rude.food quality is never consitant. just go to cindys grill instead.

When trying to phone in a order I didnt get a answer but after arriving I notice that they arent at all busy and they check the caller id and answer only select calls. Always notice they have race problems when going into location. Staff needs to be replaced and managers are needed who know how to operate a business.

Food is okay to good. Although I have had my share of bad service there as well. Young kids usually work there, some are great with service, others- I dont see how they are still employed there. Would not suggest going there on a Sunday- they are for some reason always out of certain types of food or other things.

Ive always found consistency at this chain in the quality of the food. Always good. What one would expect from a burger and shake diner. My waitress was really nice at this particular location.

Wait in drive throu 20 min or more everytime and they never pick up the phone. Also they close 7 min early and are treated terrible... they need need of a new manager soon!!!!

Since they are under new management it is SO much cleaner and the food and service is way better than before. I will be going back there now that its under new management.

Worst Hwy 55 ever. Waited 10 minutes and was never spoken too. Had to ask for menus. Then still no service!! Walked out!!!
