The food is great. Its reasonably priced. The kids always love it here! Thr kids meals come in little paper cars. The shakes are really good. The classic burger is always a safe bet. They also have options like pimento cheese burgers. Thats always a fun change. We have always had great service here. The last time we visited the service was literally the best service ever. As you approach the door, they run and open it for you, either welcoming you inside, or thanking you for coming as you leave. The food never takes long to get to you, however, definitely longer than fast food. They actually make it to order. You see the grill and you know when your orders up if youre paying attention. This place is just a well oiled machine with great service, food, desserts, and prices. We go here once every few months as a family.

I specifically ordered a shrimp salad with no onion and no dressing. I am alergic to onions. When I got home and bit into my salad my tounge began to tingle. I looked down into the salad and onions were mixed in. I called back and told the young lady what happened and she said" Ill let the cook know." I said " So what am I to do with a $8.99 salad full of onions that I specifically said I could not eat and not to mention the two packs of Kens Ranch Dressing?" She said to come in and pick up another salad. When I arrived the young lady was about to charge but the manager or shift on duty told her"no charge." I am now home again with a shrimp salad without any bacon....smh. I am so furious with them right now. It will be a very long time before I order again.

We ate there yesterday and while the food was good (we ordered the Double Cheese Burger, Chili Cheese Fries and Jack Cheese Steak), the establishment was very dirty (we sat at the first booth near the door and the wall was filthy), the door broke while another customer left and the metal part almost hit him in the head. Also the service was mediocre, we had 1 waitress that was very polite but told us all the wrong information regarding ordering sandwiches & fries. So then we had another waitress and she was sloppy looking (hair & clothing), a bit uptight and a little rude, especially when we told her that we had a waitress already and she replied that she was our waitress now.

My boyfriend and I were amazed at how well this restaurant was running. On a busy Saturday, the cooks and wait staff worked well together to provide excellent food and customer service. My boyfriend had never been to Hwy55 before, and this was a "road trip" stop. He was not dissapointed. He enjoyed the burger and the portion sizes. I enjoyed my meal as always. My only complaint is that the orangeaid tastes like it is made with a sugar substitute (It wasnt like that at other Andys/hwy 55 locations). All in all, this is a great, clean, family friendly place with yummy food.

Okay ladies and gentleman I just have to share about my last visit to highway 55 in Hillsborough and this is my review... Jennifer is like the Michael Jordan of running the store with her fellow side kick Scottie pippen aka jhsting running the grill this dynamic duo not only provides great food and service but they do with great conversations witty humor and a game winning attitude so if your in the mood for the best burger north of the boarder and MVP service look no further than highway 55 of Hillsborough right off exit 165 in the next to the home depot

I got the double cheese burger combo - fresh off the grill. The burger was almost too hot to eat when I got it. When is the last time that happened to you at a burger joint? It had very good flavor, and the bun was soft and fresh. The burger was still really warm when I ate the last bite. My wife got the gravy fries with her order, and they were freaking awesome. Im getting those next time.

Staff has recently been completely changed resulting in a large drop of service and quality. Tonight I ordered milk for my son and since they were out of milk, he was served "milk shake starter". This was apparently suggested by the manager as an appropriate replacement for whole milk. Seriously? This place used to be one of my favorites but I think Im going to take it out of the rotation.

Me and my boyfriend went there one time and I ordered me a shake for a drink while he got a soda. I waited over 20 minutes for it and when we asked if she could hurry because we had to be somewhere she got angry like it was our fault, and then waited another 15 minutes to make it! RUDE WORKER!! She did not get a tip. All the other ones we see were very nice she was just terrible as

On our visit the place was understaffed, I would have ordered dessert but would wait no longer. To the good, the staff that was there never stopped working hard to work the rush. Unfortunately, as with most food places in Hillsborough, there is not a good employee base to pull from. Hats off to the crew today who worked so hard.

Bad tonight employees coming from bathroom and not washing hands texas toast was cold fries were cold employees mouthy over calling them out over hand washing . pay good money should get what you pay for. Oh and woke up at 5 a.m. with stomach ache . wont get any more of my$$$.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!!!!!!!! If I could leave a no star rating I would. Had 3 orders my husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich..when it was brought to our table the buns were SOGGY & it had no cheese. My sons burger was completely wrong..horrible experience!

I love HWY 55 are soo nice and they always remember our "usual" order. Still upset Cause my favorite cook and server left though. Bring Mitch back hes the only one who can put enough and not too much mayo on a burger.

Very unhappy. I was constantly laughed at by staff due to how i look (i have facial piercings and unnaturally dyed hair). Within the 5 minutes i was at the front of the takeout line, I got zero service.
