Its below-average as far as Taco Bell goes. Slow, unenthusiastic service is my base expectation of this particular tier of "fast"-food restaurants, but this location nevertheless manages to disappoint. What really gets me is the lack of care for cleanliness - the floor is always sticky around the soda machine, and some of the sauce packets are inevitably coated in the dried out components of one of their exsanguinated brethren. I would recommend this place to someone who has a twenty minute lunch break and needs a taco salad, of any quality, as fast as humanly possible. Thats about it.

It is by far the slowest drive thru service in Elizabeth City on each and every visit. It seems as they have no goals to meet. I never go inside due to their lack of cleanliness. The soda machine area is disgusting. Its obvious that it is very rare that it is fully cleaned. Dust and syrup coats beside and beneath the machine. Its sucks being a fan of taco bell and this being my only option in this town. Its all a result of lack of management and could be resolved if corporate chose to do so.

Service is always ridiculously slow even if youre the only person in line. They advertise being open at 7 & one morning I came 5 minutes after...no one at the window...doors locked. I drove around to the window and blew my horn. The guy has the nerve to tell me they open at 7 but they start later. REALLY??!!! For example Ive been in line 20 minutes for 4 little items.

8/22/15 1:02 pm We just left the store get home and start to eat and just like the last 3 times we have got food there the order was wrong. They were not busy but the 2 girls in the drive thru were have a good time laughing and playing. I guess thats all that matters do not go to this store and expect to get your order correct.
