Been here a ton, as its the closest Taco Bell to me. Despite all the other reports of them getting the order wrong, the service taking too long, or the food being lower quality, Ive never once had any of these problems. And I always get custom orders. The service has always been completely reasonable. Even during peak hours with the drive through full, the wait is never excessive. The staff have never been anything but polite. As for the food, its the exact same as any other Taco Bell.

Every single time, this Taco Bell screws up my whole order. I always get a quesadilla and it either is not cooked at all, or even no cheese in it. They dont understand when somebody says "add sour cream" and I pay for it. They are rude, and dont care about there job. This is every time I have been to this Taco Bell, people make mistake I understand that but every single time. Come on, I love taco bell and this one store is ruining it for me. Something needs to be done about it.

I hate to give bad ratings. But of all the TBs in the area this one ranks at the bottom. Drive thru orders are almost always wrong. They will happily fix it, but thats not much good when you dont discover it till you are home. Food quality tends to be below average. Mostly this is related to skimping on ingredients but sometimes they completely miss ingredients. Dine in service tends to be average.

Super slow service. Waited over 15 minutes for 3 of their $5 boxes. One of their employees was standing at the food prep counter texting people.. ..food is good. Crunchy tacos were soggy....how is that possible when we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time...and just a couple of cars in the drive through.. ..disappointed!

Absolutely some of the best customer service in town! Manager needs to improve drive thru flow during rush hour to reduce drive through line by using both lines but besides that the place is amazing!

The food is okay, its been cold a few times. I only live less than 5 minutes from that Taco Bell. So it shouldnt be refrigerator cold!! I always ask for A LOT of sauce and they NEVER give me a lot.
