I like burger king once in a while, and its one of my husbands favorites. Went there about two weeks ago to grab dinner and noticed that they now sell SURGE ICEE. I can not explain the excitement I felt when I saw that. That excitement ended when I was told that ONLY the SURGE machine was broken...No biggie, went back there in hopes that two weeks would have been enough time for the issue to be resolved, but sadly once again the machine was still broken, or as the drive through girl stated "it was in defrost mode." If the company is going to attempt to sell a newly brought back and very popular soda drink they should make sure that the machine works or not have it on the menu at all. Would gladly go to a different location to see if I would have luck else where but I fear if I drive a much further distance for just that it would be my luck that the other locations would be having that same issue.

I stopped at this BK on my way home from work at 11:15pm. The drive thru was empty, no wait at all. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and Bacon, a Medium FF and Coke. It was quick so all was good. When I got home and ready to eat my late dinner I noticed that they gave me a regular Whopper and small FF. I would consider this a simple mistake if they had been busy and my order was mistaken with someone elses but because it was really late and there was no line, no wait, there are no excuses for this. This is straight up ignorance, carelessness, and stupidity. I was charged for something I didnt get and I wasnt in the mood to drive back there and complain because it was so late by this point. Ill never go back to that BK and I warn anyone reading this not to as well.

Normally I only have minor gripes with fast food. Missing sauces, and such. But today when I went at 10 p.m. there was a good sized line. Waited to order until I heard the say so from the employee over the intercom. This location is usually okay when it comes to service, but tonight was a different story. After ordering I pulled up to the second window, and was hardly acknowledged by the employee. After giving her cash I asked for two sauces. With the window wide open I heard her griping to another employee about this. As if it was a preposterous idea. Im sorry, I understand there are rude customers, but there is a thing called tact. If you are going to gripe, at least close the window. I did not appreciate the stand off attitude, nor the gripes.

Whenever I go, its horrible. Same rude, inconsiderate young african american women. I try my hardest to be polite, but they dont speak they always have attitudes, and my god get my order wrong all the time and give me one thing I ordered out of two meals! Dont refer this BK to anyone.

Place is horrible. Never got my order right once, both times I been there. The black girls who work there give us a bad name. They were rude as hell and tried to steal my $10 change. I dont go to any burgerking establishment because pdf this one.
