Great food at a great price BUT - as we were waiting for our order I noticed several pictures near the chips that left questions. First there was a picture of several fire fighters smiling (obviously posed for the shot) with a burning building behind them. I can only "assume" and hope that the burning building was a training event. Perhaps a little note with the picture identifying the event, it wouldnt leave such an impression. The 2nd was a picture of several police officers with assault rifles. As an adult (66+) I find that picture extremely intimidating! I cannot imagine what a small child would think. I believe it is in very poor taste for a family restaurant. If people arent to be intimidated by officers of the law, then they shouldnt be portrayed in a negative light. And there is nothing friendly or positive about this particular picture.

Somewhat paradoxically, Ive only ever had slow service when it hasnt been busy in the store - weird times like mid-Sunday afternoon, or other off hours - but on one occasion I did wait at least a good 20-25 minutes for one salad. Otherwise, service is friendly, store is clean, food is delicious, etc. and Im still glad the chain came to Elizabeth City. Just hoping the pace can be improved even during times when theres only one customer waiting.
