Red robin is usually a nice place to eat for a quick meal. After ordering our drinks came out and then it was 15-20 before any additional contact. The burger I order was suggested by the waitress and not created by me but somehow the cooks forgot a vote ingredient. I asked for it to be brought out however they had to make mote and then accidentally charged me for it. They offered a credit to offset the awful service and the. Accidentally applied it to abother persons bill. They had no receipt paper so I couldnt get a copy. They offered to print at their main printer but I was so annoyed I just wanted to leave. Ill still goto red robin but never this one again.

Living less than 5 minutes from the restaurant, it is a typical go-to when we do not feel like making dinner. The wait staff has been friendly and the service has been good. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get a drink refill but they are very good about offering additional fries (and willing to bring some before your meal if you ask!) They have a wide range of bar-type appetizers from fried pickles, onion ring towers, wings, and lighter fare like house made yukon chips, tortilla chips and salsa, and salads. The variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches allows you to mix things up. Highly recommend the Royal Red Robin and the Ragin Cajun Chicken Sandwich!

Always up for a Red Robin Burger but this place was a disappointment. Long wait times, poor service, waitress never came back to refill drinks or come back to check on anything had to track her down and ask another waitress. Please refill.. completely lost. Food took extremely long to come out watch 2 other tables sit down 20 mins after us with 4 to 5 people in there party. And they receive there food before us.. Horrible. Ill go 5Guys next time.

I first tried RR in Hershey. lived lived loved it. However this location does not live up to the standards of the other one. staff is friendly but too busy gossiping to service clientele. Dont take where you wanted to be seated and sit you where they want, some of the waitress rather wait on good looking customers only instead of all paying customers. the get a one star for service 3 stars only because the burgers rock sometimes.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always done just right, and the taste is phenomenal! The waitress was very friendly and helpful, and we were immediately put at ease. It is somewhat of a sports bar, so it can get a little noisy at times, but its not too bad. The restaurant is fairly clean, especially the table top when we sat down.

Salted caramel milkshake yummy! Technology is available if you choose to input your order and pay for your order in the computer while you are seated at your table. Friendly waitress. Prompt service of my order. I wish they would not time when the waitress gives you your receipt. Its a nudge for them to flip the table for the next customer.

Yet another disappointing experience at Red Robin. I had a bad experience last time at the one by my house in Ohio. Thats was just a month ago. This time our burgers, while supposedly the same are completely different and my wifes chicken came out raw. So disappointing. I will be removing Red Robin from our rotation of places to eat.

Red Robin is usually an OK place to go but I do have to say that their burgers are outstandingly overpriced. Fries are not hard to make bottomless and the burgers are pretty good but their food is nothing special. Usually happy with what I get knowing that Im at a chain restaurant but pretty good nonetheless.

Wow. Worst ever. From the muddy coffee (waitress said "sorry we have the worst coffee here) to the greasy frozen burger to the bottomless dried out French fries. Also had a wedge salad with moldy cheese...for real. Yummm...should be Yuccck. ;(. Kudos to manager who took burgers off the bill. ;)

Delicious burgers and cool high-tech gadgets at the tables to get drinks and appetizers on. Its a little pricey, and the supposedly super hot voodoo fries were disappointingly mild. But the service was fast and payment was quick on the tableside terminal. Would recommend.

This was one of the worst visits I ever had there the waitresses didnt even pay attention to us I work for Cabelas and we get our discount which we had to fight to get food was good though just not good service the bar was closed because of construction or something

Love their burgers. Onion rings are great & all the dipping sauces make them even better. To top it off they offer bottomless fries with all their burgers. Service varies on the time of day. Manager should consider more wait staff during peak hours (lunch & dinner).

Food is just like every red Robin out there, nothing special. Service can be fast, but more often than not youre waiting a bit longer than you should. The bottomless fries come out fairly quickly though.

Good variety of burgers. Offers plenty of other options for other tastes. Bottomless fries, some bottomless non-alcoholic drinks. Burgers only cooked with pink or no pink, not on the traditional scale.

Resturant appears newer. Clean floors and tables. No weird smells and staff were friendly. I had the bruschetta chicken sandwich and a malt. Good eats. Also, its right next to the HUGE Cabelas!

Terrible service, sat 15 minutes for drinks, then 45 minutes for food. When food came out it wasnt warm and was underwhelming. Cannot recommend.
