As you walk in from the busy street you find a completely empty restaurant. As the faint scent of urine hits your nose and the 1964 decor entices your eyes the stage is set for a typical college pizza shop. Walking up to the counter there is no one there to wait on / greet you. After checking the hours on my phone and confirming that the door was in fact unlocked we finally saw life in the back. Wednesday from the Adams family sauntered up to the counter with a gruff disposition and no recommendations to offer. After ordering our food we stood at the counter like a typical sandwich shop waiting for our food. Only to finally be told that they would bring the food to our table. Being that we were the only table in the joint that seemed reasonable. What was not reasonable was the 25 minute wait for our food. The food was edible but I would not say great. I can tell by the lack of customers, lackluster service and open until 2 am hours that the bread and butter of this place is drunk college students and nothing more. If you are in the mood for pizza go to Varsity 500 feet away.

Absolutely the WORST service Ive ever had! I dont generally write reviews, since Im also in the customer service industry, but this one I feel everyone should hear about. I placed my order online, waited 65 minutes for delivery, which I expected being the 4th of July. The issue started when I was delivered the incorrect food and call the store. First, I was told I would get a $3. credit back, for my incorrect product priced at 8.25. When I stated that wasnt acceptable and I expected the full amount returned, the issues and attitude started. I can understand an hourly employees not having such great customer service skills, but when the manager is in the background using profanities, thats the end of the line. This was my first and last order from this restaurant. The most disturbing comment I heard from the manager in the back ground was, "Lady, no ones gonna get fired over this anyways so it doesnt matter." I cant believe anyone would employ someone like this.

These are some of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered! I wish this had a place for negative stars. I had Ordered some food on 5/6/17 around 1am. I knew that they was closing soon so this is why i hurried and ordered. After calling and the guy told me to order online, so I did. 2 am came around and nothing. When I called about the food I had ordered, the guy had no clue what i was talking about. He also answered the phone as if he was annoyed and said "Acropolis WE ARE CLOSED" after telling him about the order i put in via internet as he instructed he hung up on me. i called back he didnt even say "hello" just talked to the person around him. When I said "hello" he hung up again. The place where I ordered from "eatstreets" was super nice and refunded me my money and gave a coupon.That still dont fix the fact that I was still starving. NEVER AGAIN with this place Sad part is I only ordered a salad and a turkey sandwich!

All I wanted was a slice of pizza and fries and what I got was a 20 minute late pizza and no fries from the rudest, demonic hell goat, natzi of pizza ever who proceeded to hiss at me when I kindly asked him if the slice of pizza was mine. He should be chained to the wall because the next poor soul who kindly asks him a simple question could be the victim of goat attack. I pity the next person who has to see his face. Ive seen nicer goats in hell. The bathroom was repulsive and instead of a soap despenser like a civilized restaurant, it looked like the goat man just left little, soapy goat turds on the sink. So if you happen to wander into the A-CRAP-olis at midnight or if you see the goatman cruising around in his satanic PT cruiser, please feel free to take a deep breath, gather your strength and telll him to go back to Transylvania, where he belongs. Go back to hell, GOATMAN!

Went last night got an amazing gyro and amazing yummy fried pickles witch I loved!!! but rude service thought maybe it was just the night and would give it another shot. Went again tonight bc got off work late and couldnt think of another quick place to grab a bite to eat well new people working and even worse then last. Thicker girl working was just plain irritated with my presence. Couldnt belive this. Asked her a question on what something on the menu was after answering me she says "is that it? Im trying to cash to you out" let that go. Then asked her if I could have ranch dipping with my mozz sticks instead of sauce. She replys "hm k". Rude rude rude and I will not be back! Owning a buisness you should hire FRIENDLY people. After seeing all the other reviews about the rude service I figured Id add mine too! the owner should be ashamed of his workers!!!

Granted, we only ordered the calzones. But even those werent that good. The dough wasnt cooked all the way through and the ricotta cheese was cold. It honestly tasted awful, Im sorry to say it. And their marinara dipping sauce was basically tomato juice. I solely give it two stars based on the fact I didnt have anything else to eat. Besides that the staff was rude. When I walked in they stood there chatting, one saying "she looked like a moon pie. Lets call the girl who just walked by this, dont say it out loud." And continued to write something (most likely something rude) down on a piece of paper and hand it to their coworker and snicker together. Then I asked if they had a restroom I may use and the worker just scoffed and turned away. I had no clue what that meant. I wont be returning here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I work at a local hospital overnight and we used to order all the time and the food and service used to be good. The last 3 times weve ordered (keep in mind large order, large sum of $$$, good business for company) theyve lied to us saying it would be an hour wait, they showed up 2 hours, and 1 hour 45 minutes late. This past time, we thought wed give them another shot, again told an hour wait, 2 1/2 hours later still no food, called multiple times, "oh, the driver is on their way." when the driver finally got here, they forgot multiple items of our order. Poorly understaffed or just dont care, either way A LOT of night shift workers at the hospital will NOT be ordering from them anymore!!!!! Dont waste your money!!!!!!

Went with my wife and kids. Manager was an a**hole to me and then to my wife, who sat for a half hour after wed gotten our food while they made her sandwich and salad. The kids got spaghetti, which would have made Chef Boyardee vomit. The topper was when the manager barked at one of the women who worked there and sent her in the back like he was putting her on time out, swearing and calling her names right in front of my kids. My wife got her sandwich, which was wrong when it came, and her salad would have felt at home at a late night midwestern truck stop. If I hadnt already paid, I would have walked out. I would rather die of cancer than eat at this place again.
