Terrible customer service.. Food was cold and undercooked.. Took it back twice and it still wasnt edible. The manager was rude and serving food without gloves... Nasty! The Health Dept should be called here as the restaurant was filthy..floors drink area and counters were absolutely disgusting.. And theyre serving undercooked food especially without gloves someone will surely be sick or worse!!!!! I paid $18.77 for food that I threw out... And the manager or shift supervisor very unprofessional and dirty! Eww eww! DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE O STARS BUT I WAS FORCED TO GIVE ONE THEY DONT DESERVE THAT. CONTACTED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE LEFT 3 MESSAGES ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE NO RETURN CALL WHICH DOESNT SURPRISE ME! NEXT CALL IS TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT...

You would think that all Burger Kings are the same, but this location is a glaring exception. The staff is terribly rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. They can often be found watching TV or avoiding the customers in other ways. The bathroom is disgusting and often occupied by heroin addicts. The free wifi never works. The food is just past the point of edible, and garuanteed to make you feel ill. In essence, this is a generally miserable place.

Kids cheeseburger wasnt fully cooked. Meat was still red. Took 5 mins standing at counter to be acknowledged so they can give me a new cheeseburger that was already made, sitting on the warming rack. Asked for extra bbq sauce on my rodeo burgers but there was barely a few drops of sauce on them. They were all friendly though.

It was OKAY. Typical burger king with the 40+ year old employees who take their job way to seriously. I asked a lady for bbq sauce and she gives me this look like I have 86 heads and says that will be .11 cents lmfao I guess I shouldve known better. At least she was doing it by the book.

I wonder if they change the oil when they fry stuff in it. The Chicken Nuggets price is attractive, but the taste is not. They taste and smell like they have been fried in a really old oil unlike what I get at McDonalds. Come on Burger King you can do better.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. I honestly do not know how the Health Department is not involved. Foul smell omitted from drink fountain. Dining area always a mess. Great service but needs a tighter ship. Bathroom once had feces everywhere. Needs immediate attention.

The crew here changes frequently, high turnover is a frequent challenge for fast food restaurants. Yet always they have been friendly and helpful. That speaks highly for the management and the training they provide.
