Inconsistent and too expensive, errors made on orders. Chipotle is normally a fine option for a high calorie "mexican" meal. This location has not been as consistent and friendly as I would hope. I try to order online but theyre settings give way too much of a time cushion by default. Order at 12:25pm and cant pick up until 1:15pm? I showed up at 12:45 and no one was in line so they just made it for me. Why not have pick up time asap? In the past they have neglected to fully read the order and forget the Tortilla on the side that I request. Thats relatively infrequent though. Worst part of my last experience was that the to go bag with a burrito bowl in it somehow did not hold the moisture/grease and it diffused through the bottom of the bowl, wet the bag, and the bottom of the bag broke while I was carrying it. The bowl exploded and I lost most of my food. Bummer. I think with plastic bags, better bowls, or simply securing the foil top better this could have been avoided. This location also seems to be missing some sort of meat often. "Supply issues" because they source from only certain types of farms. Thats okay and I understand if youre into that. But I dont care much and its annoying that more consistent sources have not been set up. Displeased.

I used to eat there very regularly. But in recent visits, I have noticed that the quality of the experience has gone downhill somewhat. I used to enjoy ordering burritos with steak, but now the meat appears so undercooked (still "bleeding") that I just order chicken. Worst of all, the music has become so loud that I am tempted to ask myself whether I have stepped into a restaurant of sorts or a discotheque. Its not comfortable having to shout so that the people behind the counter can hear you when you order. When I complained to the manager, who was very nice and rather apologetic, he told me that corporate offices instructed the setting of the volume. Its a great concept, but I find myself having to go out of town before wanting to eat at Chipotle anymore these days.

I went in expecting your typical Mexican restaurant you know with Durango (music) playing loudly, greasy tortilla chips to start and watered down salsa! I was prepared to repeat my order in spanish just in case they got it wrong!!!! Completely not the case!! The staff was very friendly and diverse. They were very knowledgeable and professional! The prices are on point! You must try their tacos!!! I had a HUGE tortilla filled with cheese, steak and salsa verde lightly toasted with a side of lettuce, pico de gallo (my favorite), and avacado for $6.79!!!!!!! This is my first time but definitely not my last!! Great job guys!!!

Chipotle itself Im usually very happy with. But this particular location has messed up on my order a few times. The last order I placed and picked up for my company was the last time we will be ordering from this location until this particular location gets its act together. Ive previously ordered via fax and have received an order with mistakes. So I tried ordering online to see if that helps. I ordered for 13 people online and 3 orders were completely wrong. Even one of our vegetarians got stuck with meat. This is unacceptable and a total disappointment to the Chipotle franchise.

A number of times I have been here. Seems fine but today. I asked 3 times for 2 drinks with our bowls and chips, mild salsa, and quac. The girl at register said I didnt charge u for drinks. I said ok so we paid for drinks. She walks away and gives me no cups. She comes back and we ask her for cups. Then I see no quac in my bag. So I ask for quac. They charge me again. I was pissed. They can keep the quac and whoever is working the register needs to be moved and where was a manager.? The girls were not apologetic etc....i will not go back here and Wish them the best of luck.

I was first introduced to Chipotle while living in Washington, DC over 14 years ago. I fell in love with their veg burrito. Now that Im in North Carolina, this is the closest Ive managed to come to identifying a natural foods restaurant. Chipotles food is always tasty & satisfying in every sense. Im especially happy knowing theres no pork in their cheese and no gmo in any of their offerings!! By the way, the fresh nacho chips are unparalleled:) As for the Erwin Road location, their service is on par with their other restaurants.

This is absolutely a horrible place to come and place and order if you are a family and want to order two three things. The music is loud. The people behind the counter talk so fast and press you to order a standard rather than the burrito you want. They almost resent the slightest deviation from what they think you should order. Not worth it!! By the time you are at the end of the line to pay, you have a heartburn! Serious, if you have kids and you are a family, dont go there!

I gave 3 stars because I did an online order and the pick up time was for 7:15 pm I waited until 7:20 just to give them enough time and when I went in to retrieve my order she said "there going to make it now" I feel like thats the whole purpose for ordering online so you dont have to wait, and then to top it off there were 3 items missing from my order. Just being honest.

This used to be my go to place and the managers have changed Andy isnt there anymore the staff are young and obnoxious and they screw literally every order I have online or in person its always wrong and after a year I just stopped eating chipotle all together. It was great before the new manager started.

The foods great. Large amount of food for the money. My fiancee and I normally share a burrito because theyre so big. However, my only complaint is that they put waaay too much hot salsa on, even if you only ask for a little bit (and if they dont drain the beans, the burrito gets all wet and messy.) :/

The restaurant itself is great but parking at the facility is such a circus that it renders it impossible/dangerous to visit at most times that youd like to go. After almost getting hit/run-over the past two times going ive had to give up. Its sad because it is a very good chipotle

Whats not to love about Chipotle???? Fresh, non GMO food, and reasonable prices keep me coming back to it time and again. This store can get a little crowded, but its worth the wait and offers the healthiest food option in the shopping center where it is located.

Once a week, I place large online group orders for my company and the staff at Chipotle always get it right. This doesnt happen at a lot of other places that we order from. The staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt, which I always appreciate.
