I rarely go to buffets, but they allowed me to take a look before deciding. I was impressed with how attentive they were to keeping fresh food out. The also had good seafood options, which is rare at these places. Seating area was clean and I saw staff attending to any issues very well. They do have a space for large groups if you choose to eat in an enclosed area. I do find the decor kind of dark for my personal taste. If you like lots of vegetarian dishes, this may not be the best choice for you. Nothing for vegans as the hibachi is all done on one grill. They could use installing a second grill to reduce the wait, but I suggest getting more vegetable dishes on the buffet. They do have a salad bar, but it was very lack luster for me Desserts were your run of the mill ultra sweet thawed frozen variety, so I suggest getting a plate of veggies from the hibachi. Then get a tasting of your favorite meat and seafood dishes. Then get a few of the little square cakes to top your meal. Great value for the variety.

I will not give my business to this place ever again, they like to charge you double for drinks so be aware, getting just water is the best way to go but apart from that the staff has attitude problems including the manager, they simply look like they dont care for the customers, I guess coz a lot of people dont even realize they are getting double charged for drinks until they get home. the food quality is not great compared to when they first opened ,its also very oily and soggy or sometimes you can feel that the chicken skewers are saved and refried so are the deserts they are hard and falling apart ( mint/strawberry squares). Ice cream station doesnt look clean. My neighbors two kids had upsetting stomachs after they ate there it wasnt a good experience for them as well.my family of 4 and Sanders family of 5 will never go to Tokyo buffet its just not worth the time or the money.

Honestly one of the BEST places to eat sushi and they have a grand buffet. Food is always good unless they havent changed out the food bins though that is rare since they are constantly monitoring and wiping down the counters on the buffets to keep it clean. The staff is less than approachable, your lucky if they talk to you at all. The cleaning people will continue to clean slowly even if ur politely waiting for them to move so you can get food. There is very poor supervision over children, there are signs that say they must be helped by their adults but it is NOT enforced. I asked to NOT be seated beside a table with children..... and I was sat down beside a table with children.. the hostess did not take me seriously and I have anxiety. "Great" experience. In essence: food is amazing. Service leaves much to be wanted.

You walk in the double doors, right after the beautiful Tokyos art, two beautiful women says "hello, how are you", and the other says, "how many are you in your group?" It was at that moment, The Zbrhodeski knew...Tokyo grills customer service will be exceptional! The food is really delicious! Their ice cream parlor spot is amazing with select flavors. The food serving tables have exquisite palatable delights. Whether you seek seafood, or BBQ, or fruit, or salad, or sweets, Id tell you, first go to the Hibachi express line to get a plate cooked, and take yourself another plate and get something else. The staff is very polite, generous, and cordial. If you need assistance, usually theyll correct any issues. Give em a decent tip!

Its definitely a lot better than Ichiban. Theres a bigger selection, the food tastes great. But my problem was all of the children running around when there were plenty of signs saying that "Children ten and under MUST be accompanied by an adult." I had one girl cut in front of me twice. My mother had one kid reach his plate completely across the food and help himself, just as my mom was going to get the food. That kids mom was right there but she was too busy jabbering on her phone. Then, at the ice cream station, another kid dropped his ice cream covered spoon on my mom. Hes lucky she didnt slap him.

Was not impressed with this place. The scenery is really the only positive thing I have to say as the decor was pleasant but it was so crowded. The buffet options were very limited. The only popular asian dishes I found were General Tsos and Sesame chicken. The crab rangoons were disappointing. Nothing had good flavor just mediocre. I didnt eat much due to being underwhelmed with quality and selection so this meal was not worth the $11 I paid. I was really surprised given all the good ratings and reviews I saw on Google. Maybe I chose a bad day or time? In any case, definitely wouldnt eat here again.

A rating of 0 is what I would give them. Its not the food, but the service. They are very prejudice towards African Americans. We went there for my daughters graduation. They refused to serve us drinks unless we paid first. We were eating without drinks. An Hispanic family received their drinks when they were eating and paid after they ate. I will not waste my money there again. We African Americans honor them by supporting their establishments and get treated like dogs. Well thanks for the dogs, cats, and rats we are fed when we do eat there. Woof, meow, squeak.

Dont even bother reading some of these reviews. I have ate here every week since its opening never once had any disrespectful service, never found hair in any of my food, and the food is always fresh unless you are going 30 minutes till closing. Great sushi, hibachi grill (they cook for you in front of you) and buffet. Im assuming if you disrespected them and got back what you gave. This place is one of the best places you can eat for all you can eat sushi and hibachi best place for the $$ enjoy!

This is one of the better chinese buffets that I have been to in a long time. Since I am not from the area, I was a bit leary. I am happy that I found it to have fresh ingredients being used, especially the sushi. The sushi is one area you can tell immediately if fresh ingredients are not used. I really enjoyed a variety of the sushi they had to offer. There was a wide variety on the buffet (which they replenished in small batches), and a lot of ingredients to choose from at the hibachi station.

I was disrespected by one of the waiter. I dont know, Maybe he was having a bad day, but i hope the management talk to him. I felt some type racism been shown towards me. He refuse to take our bill, but rather took the bill of the white girls that was beside us . He took our bill out of the bill book and dash our money in our hands and told is to pay at the front but instead took the white girls bill and paid at the same front.

Great food at a great price! I have eaten here many times. I love the food. however the last time I ate here with my family. Sitting at my table I killed 5 flies with my hand. It was an utter nuisance, I may return but I have yet to decide. Still giving a good review because the food selection is great, My wife loves the sushi selection, I love the hibachi and my kids love eating here, there is something for everyone
