The food was good. The decor was nice. But the waitresses can be rude. I recently went there with a friend for lunch. Everything was fine, up to the point where we paid for our meal. The total came out to around 12 dollars. My friend was very kind and paid for us both, in the exact amount. The waitress had the money in her hand, but she tapped her finger on the table, and said "tip". I was shocked. I regret not speaking up at that time, but I was completely stunned by that kind of behavior. Im not against tipping, but for it to be demanded, thats not right. My friend was looking for something to give her, when she spotted a 5 dollar bill in his wallet. She took that, gave him the 2 dollars back from the total amount, and kept the change for herself. I dont know the name of the waitress, but whoever she is, she should be ashamed. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but disrespectful towards the customer.

I went for a buffet lunch with a few friends. The food is edible, not too good nor too bad. The place is reasonably clean. However, the waitress stopped smiling the moment she found out one of my friend is Chinese rather Japanese (it sounds relevant, but this shows a very unprofessional attitude and unethical treatment toward customer). The whole time were eating, weve been glared by the waitress. After we finished our first plate, she threw the check with the fortune cookie while were not ready to leave, which I considered very rude. We put two dollars on the table, she came to pick it up even before we walked away from the table. I mean COME ON! If this place is packed, we would understand the rush. But the time we went, there were 5-6 empty tables. My friends and I ended up going to House of Joe the coffee shop across the street to sit down afterward instead.

This place doesnt even deserve a one star , but unfortunately cant not give a star . First off , the food was nasty and stale . They refused to bring out fresh food because god for bid theyd have to clean up AFTER they close instead of WHILE customers are still eating . Also , the fact that the food taste stale , and our coke taste like bleach . Or the fact that their sign says TUESDAYS under 9 are free and I miss read it thinking 9 and under was free , and they talked to me like I was stupid and slow , which I dont appreciate . Then to charge me money for a TWO year old . Seriously ? And then the magnolia grill , I was so excited to go to since their was food that looked decent , only to reach for the crab meat where a dozen natts flew off , and the sushi taste old . Was not worth the $27.00

OK food for the price but what turned me off to never go there again was the rude waitress. I pay with my debit card for the points but like to tip with cash so i know the waitress is getting what i put on the table. I only had 3 dollars cash on me so I put the 3 dollars on the table and added 1.50 to the tip on the slip to make 20%. When the waitress saw the 1.50 on the slip she literally hiss/snarled at me and called me cheap very loudly so everyone could hear her. If she would have spent a moment to look on the table she would have seen the additional tip. Needless to say I will never go back! If you like being hissed and snarled at while eating mediocre food come here. If not go down the street to Sakura and spend a little more for better food and much better service.

Hi. Unfortunately, this is not where you want to eat. It is a hostile environment from the start, the "bossy" greeter, the supervising waitress... the ics tea tastes like dish water, everything is very much lowest end. Stick to unprocessed foods like bananas, melon, some veggies and stay absolutely away from deep fried, unrecognizable , luke warm foods and sushi which is not cold enough to serve safely. Never again! We were really disappointed about the quality and would gladly pay a few dollars more for much better food handling and service. But the place has its own clientel, it seems, that enjoy cheap food because thats all they can afford. Shame on the "driver" of this establishment for that. Offer much less, but better!

Okay so here is what I found inside the clams. Totally gross. Food was old and brittle. This is by far the worst chineess restaurant ever. Probably just a cover for secret red chineess army sleeper agents cause they damm sure cant cook. When I asked about the crabs they said its okay you get a little extra here. Hell even the fortune cookie wrapped in plastic was stale. They may have even been putting the uneaten food on the plates back in the lineup. Seriously do not eat here you will regret it. This is a place to take someone you dont like or maybe an annoying girlfriend your trying to break up with. One meal here and she will get the point.

8I read the reviews and was a bit aprehensive but when I showed up we got a table immediately and are drinks fast there lemonade is some of the best Ive had at a restaurant. they have a wide selection of food and it was pretty good. there soups were not very good but there hibachi was excellent . they have a lot of sea food and it was pretty decent and the salmon was really awesome .my waitress did not smile or seem very friendly but she kept the plates cleared and my drinks full but all the other waitresses seemed nice so if you want a decent Chinese buffet at ok prices then here is a pleasant place to go

I have been to this place many times but after reading some of these reviews I had to speak up. Seems that everyone is complaining about the waitress and tips. I can tell you from first hand experience that these girls work 12 hour days and only get paid from tips that you leave. If they get a little pissed cause some cheap diner does not leave a tip, well I can understand that. Next time give them a little consideration and dont play games with the tips.

We went just before 6pm to beat the dinner rush. Bad decission. The food had obviously been out for a while. Especially the Sushi - did not even try that. The rest of the food had been out for at least a little while as most of it was luke warm and some food was dry. Overall the food was not bad as far as the flavor was concerned. The selection was ok, but not huge by any means. The soups were probably the best part. We will not go back.

Easily one of the best Chinese buffets Ive ever been to! Its a hot spot for my friends and me. The food is very affordable and well worth the price. I had no issues with staff--Im kind to these hard-working waitresses, and theyre kind in return! Drinks were always full and the table was clear of empty plates. Every time I go there, Im super happy with the quality of the food. The soup, hibachi, sushi, etc. is amazing!
