Very dissapointed, my family go to this restaurant often. My brother who is partail blind wanted to go, so I took my newphew and him. We got there 3:45 before dinner. The hostess walked us to our table I ask about her habaci bar if it was a separate price, cause I am on a Medi diet, she said no it was the same price. I knew I could not eat much so I did not eat. I helped my brother get his food. No one ever came to our tabel for drinks to take away the dirty dishes. I had to look for someone to refill drinks, and I just finished drinking my newphews water. When it came time to go I seen waitresss sitting down, I asked can we get a drink to go. She did and gave me the ticket, charged me for 3 dinners. I told the cashier that I did not eat, he looked at the waitress as if she knew she shrugged her shoulders like I dont know, I said if course you dont you never or anyone ever waited on us. Then they asked the hostess are you kidding me. As if I was lying I could not believe what was happening. He finally after 10 mins redone the ticket but I did not look at it, untill I got in the car, he charged me for 2 dinner prices instead of lunch prices. I go bavk in there there excuse was they start dinner early about 20 mins before 4 they can do what they want. I was dumbfounded I could not believe what I was hearing. Very rude people, only care about them us making a dollar, so sad!!

This place is horrendous , do not go here and waste your money even if its a last resort , the people on here giving good reviews must be fakes , from start to finish a very bad experience , from the second you sit , you will be stalked and stared at through out your meal , especially if you have kids, they want to make sure kids are not picking off your food which is terrible , the food is bad either bland or with the same taste all around no flavor , and no customer service whats so ever , I ended up in a debate over my bill because my 4 year old didnt get a plate , and I was still charged for him just because he took a bite off my pizza and he proceeds to tell me yea he was told he ate three pizza!!! What 4 year old even eats 2 ! Again he was told by who the waitresses that are all spying on you and starring then lie on top of it . We will never go here again !!! And Im just trying to warn you about them because bad dinner choices like this can ruin anybodys night . We were extremely disappointed to say the least.

Soon as we got there myself and two Others made our plates then sat down just to dig into very cold stale food when we told the waiter they couldnt do anything so we told them to get the manager and while that was happening I went to take a sip of my tea and a flies flew in my cup and sat inside of it ! We told him the manager about the flu and he said that it wasnt in my drink but I clearly showed him the video and photos of a fly inside my drink flying on the top we still got charge even though we only took one bite of our food and a sip of our drink !!!! Never ever eating here again oh and we waited at the table for the manger for 10 minutes until we decided to go to the front desk and talk to someone which they (3 people) chased after us to the front like we were going to walk out after trying to speak to the manager !!!! I wish I could upload this disgusting video of this stalker fly in my drink !

The price is extremely cheap for the amount of food that is served. However, the quality of food is highly inferior. This could be made out from the smell that is emanated from some of the food items. Moreover, this belief was further cemented when my wife got food poisoning just within 4.5-5 hours of having a dinner there. I, personally, went & complained to the manager about the incident, but it fell into deaf ears & he priced my wifes excruciating pain & agony at a refund of just $12! We have had buffets in other similar cheaply priced chinese restaurants but we never got sick. This was an exception. Moreover, I have also heard, from the grapevine, that they use gracious amounts of Baking Soda & other chemicals/Acids, to make their food seem fresh. All these are highly injurious to our health, especially for kids. We wouldnt be going back anymore!!

Great lunch stop. Quick seating, and waitress was attentive to clearing plates and filling glasses. The buffet options make it a no brainer when eating with a group of coworkers, there is something for everyone! Sushi bar (prepared in front of you), grilled to order hibachi (you pick raw ingredients ), Chinese dishes, Japanese dishes, Italian dishes, American foods, salad bar, seafood bar, fruit bar, ice cream bar, and a desert bar! Dont be fooled by the location or looks from the outside, the jasmine is huge with plenty of seating for church groups or large groups from Carowinds around the corner. They have the room for bus loads of people, the space was previously home to a grocery store, but you wouldnt know it really. Good food at a fair price, with a little of everything for everyone, its hard to go wrong.

Jasmine Buffet is a great option for an affordable and filling lunch. This location is on the corner of Tryon and Westinghouse behind the police station making it easily accessible to all of the business parks nearby. The layout of food is plentiful. What really makes this restaurant unique for a buffet is that a made to order Hibachi cook is on hand as well as a sushi chef. The sushi and the hibachi are by far the greatest highlight. The food is fresh and delicious. The cost is affordable. I have visited this location four times and plan to return again.

One of the worst Chinese Buffets I have ever been to. The food was not fresh and had obviously been sitting there for a while. When I used the fresh hibachi grill the beef was not cooked enough and was still raw in the center. We were watching for them to bring out fresh items and went up when the fresh items came out and they were ok. There were several cars in the parking lot so we thought they were busy, but when we went in there were very few customers in the restaurant. Will be going back to Amber buffet in Rock Hill which has been consistantly good.

Well, They will lie to you over the phone and when you come in person that charge you a different price. If you come with a group they charge 3 extra dollar added to the 11.90 price. Everything is fried. No steam seafood at all. Then they lie about having blue crabs ..but it was fried crab claws...and where they were cooking the hibachi wasnt clean at all.... Plus.. The waitress and waiters didnt come to the table much since they already received their tip off top... I will never ever ever ever go again...and I dont advise anyone else to go either.....
