I called on the phone before i went up there. I asked them how much was the buffet, they said for adult regular buffet was $9.99 and with crableg its $28.99 and for kids regular was $5.99 and crablegs it was $8.99. When they brought me the total back my total was $66.43.... I walked to the register and tried to get it corrected they making it seem like Im lying about what was told to me over the phone and the price for crablegs for any age is $28.99 no matter if you ate 1 or 2, which i think is stupid my daughter is 5 years old i would have never agreed to pay that much for a damn 5 year old. They wouldnt accommodate me nor meet me halfway on a price and they decided to call the police on me instead of resolving the issue as an adult. I would never bring money back to this business and there food isnt even half as good as Tokyo buffet they only thing is they dont sale crablegs. Plus Im contacting the better business bureau. Service was very horrible we had to damn near chase them around the place to get refills on or drink. Waiters stared you down and talked about you as you got your small ass crablegs. They were not very restaurant savey i would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ON MY LIFE.

Firstly, despite the low overall rating and all the bad things my friends ever said about this place, I decided to give it a try and go get a take-out buffet since I was near by. It turned out to be one the worst decisions that I made in my life. First of all, I was treated rudely by the front-desk man as well as a waitress who was standing there. Well, I admit that being somewhat socially anxious does cause me to appear nervous and strange in unfamiliar places, but I still felt insulted when the man and waitress laughed along with several Spanish-speaking dudes who were checking out before me, and who were clearly pointing, looking, and making fun of me... However, I wouldnt give the place 1-star just for that reason alone. On top of that, the food was so disgusting and tasted like they were cooked a week ago. I even found a hair in my eggplant, and ended up throwing away about half of the food. I will NEVER come there again. A good thing is that I dont even live anywhere remotely near this place.

I went there on Sunday around 3pm, which is considered to be brunch with a mix of lunch and dinner menus. They only have 2 1/2 islands of food, a 1/2 island on sweets, and a 1/2 island on cold food. Not worthy at all. A lot of things were missing in the traditional chinese buffet, replenishing food took longer than usual, and food was just not tasty. The soft drink was warm and totally flat, replaced it for water. The clientele speaks for itself, very popular to say the least, so if you are looking for a good buffet with a variety of food, this is not the place to be; however, if you are looking for cheap food, yes, you will then mingle well with the crowd. The only good things were the mussels with cheese, the fried chicken, and the fried shrimp, and that was all. The chilled shrimps were baby/small shrimps! The wong-tong soup had no pasta/dim su inside! Just horrible to my taste and not worth the money...

I had bad food poisoning at this restaurant after eating their cold greasy and contaminated food there. The forks and spoons I got had greased finger prints on, and there is human hair in the water glass. The toilet and bathroom was a mess. It is not worth to end up paying hefty hospital bills. This restaurant had repeated sanitation and food safety violations for storing ready to serve food with raw animal meat. How about overtly racial discrimination by the restaurant waitress and the owner? The waitresses did not even acknowledge me or top my water glass or even a word when she handed me the bill, while she was busy socializing with the customers of her favorite race all the time. They even charge you a different price based on your race, which I found out when I ate there for the last time.

My wife and I have eaten here probably about a dozen times. It was pretty good up until our last visit a couple weeks back. My wife got soup and it had a bug in it. Well, let me say that it sure looked like a bug. When we showed the waitress she got the manager and he looked at it and said he is a cook and that it was fried dough (from though things that you put in the soup). My wife and I didnt really believe that is what it is because with a fork pushing on it the center was soft and not hard like over fried dough. Squeezing it/pushing it in the center the fork went through it and a little red liquid came out. They stood their ground that it was not a bug. Need less to say we will never be back again. Our meal was "done" once we saw this we lost our appetite.

This place is absolutely terrible! If you want good food, then you need to bypass this place! The All You Can Eat Crablegs were terrible. The sign said snow crab-legs, but they definitely werent that!!! Very small!! Over cooked!!! They werent fresh!!! The meat in the crablegs had a yellowish tint to them!!! Chinese buffets arent the place to go for crablegs because the majority of the time they over cook them, they ration the crablegs out on the bar, and they dont care about the quality of their food!!!! If youre going to charge customers $28.99 for All You Can Eat Crablegs give them quality crablegs!!! I dont normally do Chinese buffets, and its for these reasons!!! No more Chinese buffets for me!!!

The worst! Saturday 9/5/15 buffet is $8.49 for what they call brunch but I saw nothing extra special on the buffet and doesnt brunch supposed to include breakfast items?. The food was awful. Everything was cold. If I could have I would have given it one half star just for being open. Egg drop soup had no flavor at all. Could not chew the beef in Beef & Broccoli. Peel and eat shrimp had a funny taste. Fried fish was tough, tough fish? Watermelon no flavor. Cheesecake completely dried out. I have eaten here many, many times in the past but this is definitely the last time as 30 minutes after I finished eating my bowels were screaming for a bathroom. Two other great Chinese buffets right down the street.

Id give it no stars. My boyfriend and I went in for lunch so we came here sat down automatically it looked old and dingy so we get food and the rice was dry, the meat with sause tasted like chef boyardeethe meats were cold and rubbery. My boyfriend seen crab legs at the buffet with the other food so he got some. the waitress ask him if he paid for them so at this point we are looking at her like what?! he says no and she litterally takes the food off of his plate and walks away with it. so disrespectful. no where did it say the crab was to be paid for seprately and if so why whould they put it on the bar where the normal stuff is at? never again. just go to tokyo buffet people!!!
