If you like a touch of American, than this is your place. It is your typical Pub and Grill with a few surprises that may just keep you coming back. They have a great selection on their menu and specials from Wing Wednesday to a tasty New York Strip with rice or french fries. The layout of the restaurant is quite nice and cozy. There is your bar, some tables for lounging, and a couple of booths for relaxing or people watching. The service is great and they have a large selection for craft beer and wine. If you are looking for a place to relax and your are in downtown Cary, stop by. Just be sure to watch out, the sign for the pub will sneak up on you from the road and parking is a bit limited. As other establishments have staked claim to parking spots near the restaurant.

Great beer selection, friendly attentive staff, kitchen is open late, & the food is delicious, portioned generously, & priced reasonably! I used to go to Abbey Road, but Crosstown has a superior beer selection, & you get a whole lot more food for less money! A large fish & chips here is $10 (2 big pieces of fish, a heaping mound of home-cut fries, & a bowl of slaw.) At Abbey Road, you pay $13 for only ONE piece of fish, a scrawny food service order of fries, & a TABLESPOON of slaw. Crosstown has a small order of fish for $6.50, & even that is bigger than the $13 version at Abbey Rd. Burgers are also bigger, cheaper, & delish! Goodbye Abbey Road, Hello Crosstown Pub!

We used to go to a restaurant in another area of Cary that was owned/managed by the same people. We loved it and were sad when they moved. So we stalked Crosstown Pub & Grill until it opened and although much of the menu is different, we really like it. It is very reasonably priced too. We were just there last weekend and my husband had the small fish & chips and I had the grilled shrimp skewers. They were really good, everything weve had there is. Im thrilled that they label choices that are gluten-free, which is important to me. Its a great, friendly, hometown pub.

I really enjoy going to the Crosstown Pub. I go with a group later in the evening on Thursday nights, well after 9 PM, and the staff is always very accommodating, even when they are busy. The food is very good, made to order and reasonably priced. The fish and chips (I always get the homemade pub chips) are my favorite and the small size is enough for a meal. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they have a good beer selection. I hope they continue to do well and are in business for a long time.

Finally stopped in a while back for some weekend lunch. Despite few empty tables, it did not feel overcrowded or noisy and there was hardly a wait. Service was super friendly and moving along, but not rushed or pushy. Food was excellent and there were many menu items to tempt us back. Its just a matter of finding the chance when there are so many great spots around our hometown. This one is certainly a top choice in downtown and a jewel. Highly recommend a visit.

Great place to relax with locals. Very friendly staff has provided outstanding service over the last 6 months (since I moved to the area in July 2015). The Fish and Chips is outstanding both in taste, quality, and best of all price! Nice selection of beer wine and spirits for a small cozy place. I have taken my out of town guests here a number of times and all were happy I did!

The Crosstown Pub is another favorite place where you can get lunch or dinner along with a fine selection from the bar. I do find their menu a little sparse, but there is something for everyone. The food is tasty, the service a great and I find this pub & grill to be a great addition to the Cary Downtown landscape -- especially if you can snag that 1 parking spot near the door!

1 time bad, 2 times bad, 3rd time never again. The food is not very good and way overpriced. I had the tuna salad that tasted like old fish, the fried green tomato sandwich that was mushy and slimy, and the bottle caps which are soft and oily. Staff is ok, beer selection eh, weirdly uncomfortable place to try and watch a game. Drive a little further and have something better.

One of the better places to grab a drink in downtown Cary. Food is a little pricy for the area, but decent quality and fast! I tried the fish and chips, and my husband tried the hot inferno burger. Both came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Will be coming back on a Wednesday to try the 50 cents wings!

Bad food and scary service. Saw waiter follow customer outside and aggressively confront him over a poor tip. This happened in front of the customers friends and others outside. If you cant control the quality of your food and your staff, get out of the restaurant business

This place is awesome. My bartender Corley was the sweetest, fastest and hottest server everrrr! The only annoying part about this place was this guy Jd that was sitting next to me at the bar, he kept talking about his stuffed animals all night, jeeezzzz. Team Corley!!!!

Went their late night for a pickup... Service was pretty good and the chicken salad sandwich I got was not bad.... but you know late night bar options or sometimes more often than not dependent on drunk to not notice a less than high quality culinary experience

Great service, good music, excellent selection of beers and liquor. My friend and I had been to other places earlier that night looking for his choice of liquor, got to Crosstown and stayed for the remainder of the night. Definitely coming back!

Our first time visiting today. Good beer choices with a mix of local brews and national brands. Our server was great, friendly and attentive. Food was really good; great food would have earned 5 stars. Certainly going back again!

The service is hands down the best in Cary. The food is fresh and cooked to order and the staff do an excellent job to make you feel right at home. Your first time will leave you hooked wanting to come back for more.

A fantastic hidden gem. Great prices, great service. Good food selection and pretty extensive beers on draft. Has the vibe of a small-town pub, which is rare in the ever-growing area.

Great pub style grill and bar. Nice and low key place with a great staff. Ive had multiple things on the menu and never a bad meal. Probably the best black bean burger in town.

Our go-to spot in downtown Cary if we want to have a beer with dinner. Affordable dinner options and a good waitstaff keep us coming back. Beer selection is also excellent.
