Went on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside. Had the Reuben and sweet potato fries, both very good. Food and soda were fresh. The bartender was also my server, a very friendly nice guy who didnt fuss when I pulled out a coupon, thanked me a couple times for coming and wished me a nice weekend. I read reviews on how smoky it was. I walked inside to tell them I was there and I could definitely smell smoke. Sitting outside, no problems. As a nonsmoker, on a Saturday night, I could see it bothering some. What would have made me "love it" was a no smoke smell but I would go back, in the daytime.

For what it is, it doesnt disappoint. I wanted to go to a relaxed pub/bar environment and grab a burger, so I tried it out. Host was very nice and accommodating. I got the Bacon Cheddar burger, and it was an average burger with bacon and cheddar smothered on, it was great. Location is close, and the crowd was quite diverse, so I can easily recommend them to anyone looking for a beer and a burger near Southpoint, but without the suffocating crowds.

This place should be watched by the police. People have died leaving from this location due to over intoxication. The atmosphere is great and the bartenders are mostly awesome but they keep serving you till you can barley walk. Sometimes they insist you get a cab but other times people drive off. Had a friend die because he said he was going to walk home and got in his car and drove down the road and flipped his car over, last stop...The Pub...

This pub reminds me of my favorite NYC bars with great food and good drink specials. The bartender and server were friendly and knowledgable. In addition to a solid business, they take time for others. They are involved with the community and have helped raise money for the American Cancer Society and the Komen Race for the Cure. Nothing but great things to say! Take the time to check it out and you wont be disappointed!

Great place. Ive never been to a place with a more friendly staff and patrons. I went by myself after a long day and was treated with kindness by every person in the establishment. People invited me to join them at their tables and almost every person tapped me on the shoulder and said "nice to meet you and have a good night" as they left. All around good people. Highly recommended.

I has the spicy pepper burger and fries with a miller. Very good well prepared food, cold beer, great vintage rock music, cozy decide and very comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Food was fresh and served in a timely manner by the friendly bartender. I love the feel of this pub and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Nice little local bar.

Service was awful!!! We didnt even order because the bartender was so rude. Seemed like getting a menu was an inconvenience (although we were the only people there) so we left and wont be back.
