The service is great because most of the drivers work real hard to give good service. However if you are looking to work for them dont waist your time or your car. They Jack up the price over what you would pay at the resteraunt therefore the customer dont want to tip you as well. We worked for some of the delivery fee which they take there part of that on top of the rest of the charges. They will threaten to fire you over any little mistake you might make. My point is they use your car to make as much as they can from you and then they just hire another driver to use. They dont care about the drivers at all. The only thing the driver makes is 4.50 from the delivery fee and the tips. These days people dont tip very well. Average tip might be 4 dollars. On top of that you might have to drive 20 miles to make 5 or 6 dollars. Oh and the last thing if you need time off you might as well find another job because they dont like it.

Really enjoyed having double time at my finger tips UNTIL you order (very detailed) and the food is incorrect and the driver wants to give you lip about how he ordered it correctly and rather than apologizing for the mistake and moving forward and continues on about how he was right and I was wrong. I also questioned the price because it went up $2 and he said it was because my order was "special ordered" and thats why the price went up? Very disappointed.

I was delivered cold horrible food I called the manager she called the owner Matt he said wasnt his problem call the restaurant I called them they said call them was not there problem I called the owner myself he is a young punk that thinks he has a business dont order from these guys they are very bad . My next call is to the health department to see if they handle there business correct in food delivery I would bet not

For a time things were good. Expensive service but usually good food. Then the delivery of cold, spilled, items upside down arrived. Called and informed them calmly. No response for two days and then it was basically cant help you, too bad attitude. check your order before the driver leaves.

Delivery took a little longer than quoted, but since it was snowing I really have no complaints. Food is good, arrived hot. Happy about that. Delivery driver was nice. So happy to find a place in JC that will pick up from restaurants and deliver to your door! Doesnt get any better than that!

Very nice service to use when your drunk and cant drive. The food has always been correct and still warm. Delivery drivers are usually courteous. Only gave 4 stars because fee is higher than I would like. But they have to make money. So really good all in all.
