I recently started ordering from pizza hut after ordering from papa johns for something different and had very bad experiences at this pizza hut location. I placed an order that was arrived 2 hours later and received the wrong order. I called and ask to speak to a manager when the person I was speaking to said that she was the manager and it was my fault the order was late because I did not answer my phone because I was driving home. I then asked for a refund because my order was wrong, instead of getting two large premium pizzas and soda I received 2 med cheese pizzas and no soda. The manager denied my refund then offered me a $7 store credit which would not have even made up the difference in price. After talking with her and describing what I ordered multiple times because they dont seem to be able to look up what you ordered, they offered me $20 store credit. At this point I just wanted my money back or my order so I asked her to resend my order (what I paid for) about 40 mins after the call back (3 hours since I placed the original order) I get the wrong order AGAIN! I did get 2 large pizzas but only one was the correct order and the other was a plain cheese pizza that was supposed to be a premium pizza with 5 toppings. I decided to just settle with what I got and not order from this place ever again. I ordered online so there was not any kind of verbal mistake from me. This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at any pizza location ever, I feel like I was being scammed.

I dont typically leave reviews; however, this was the best customer service we have received when we had a problem. Someone forgot our 2 liter with our order. I called the store and just told them not to worry about it, my boyfriend was on his way to work and by time they got back with the 2 liter he would have had to go into work already. So i asked them just to credit us for the pop which they did. Not only did they come back immediately with the 2 liter too, but they gave us a credit as well. They were apologetic and understanding. Even the staff that picked up the phone when I asked for a manager was happy, upbeat and the manager immediately came on the line and you could hear the smile on her voice. Thanks for being great! I was not expecting them to be as awesome as they were! Your driver is polite and wonderful! Keep him around, hell keep your customers around! Oh and the pizza was YUMMY! Very slow , my wife and were the only ones there. The kid that took our order was nice but to me he was lazy and slow. The food is much different than it used to be, pizza Hut definetly cut costs through the whole store. The store has a stale odor to it, the store needs a proper cleaning of the carpets, floors and tables. None of the condiments are filled, the store was dead, and dead time means cleaning and re stock time. Thank god Im not their district manager , because I would have heads spinning. Or maybe a good two week long training session with the manager.

While the asian woman who took my order didnt do that good of a job, my delivery driver more than made up for it. She complimented me on my home and my dogs and made the whole experience better as a whole. She even took the time to help carry my pizza inside the house as I am in a wheelchair and even though it was snowing very hard out side and I couldnt tip her well, a smile never left her face. I dont remember her name, but she had darkish red hair and if you get her as your deliverer youll be very lucky!

Called to order delivery... The woman who answered the phone barely spoke any english. She asked for my address and i told her I was at the Radisson. She said that she did not know the address, so i told her that I would look it up. Within five seconds, she got very rude and told me to call back. She then slammed the phone down and hung up. Im sure that this woman has caused this Pizza Hut to lose quite a bit of money with her poor attitude. I will be ordering from Papa Johns instead.

Just bad. Waited to he seated without anyone acknowledging us. Sat for ten minutes without a server even coming up to us. The poor girl next to us at a table uas been waiting an hour for an interview and the manager comes out and tells her to reschedule. Then a woman comes in for work and is yelling at our server in front of us for not mopping well enough. Gave it a 2 because the food was great. If youre getting food from here, get it to go.

The lunch buffett is ok at best. The food is typical of pizza hut locations, but this location does not get enough foot traffic. At best a couple people come in to eat, so the pizzas on the buffett kind of sit around a while. Probably wont go back any time soon unless I see more cars there. I must say the staff is very friendly though.

ordered online and it said will be delivered by 6:35. 6:55 rolled around and i called, the unhelpful guy on the phone said "Oh yeah, we cant deliver to you, you live too far away." we live less than 2 miles away. The website didnt notify me that they couldnt deliver. not going there again

Placed order on line and couldnt find it. Talked to manager and made it, but you would think since they made the mistake they would do something to offer the customer. A discount throw in some bread sticks anything for the inconvenience. Nothing! Disappointed with the customer service!

We arrived at lunch time and opted for the lunch buffet. What a mistake. The pizza was stale and cold. The garlic bread tasted like cardboard and was stale/crunchy. There was pasta, but it was empty and remained unfilled for at least 15 minutes. No salad options were offered.

If I could give a no star, I would. No smiles, no nothing. Half my table got fed and ate before the other half came. They forgot it... how do you forget half a tables order?! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Ordered pizza and wings never got the wings till we were ready to go every server was a filthy ass dude worst pizza hut ever and Ive been to pizza huts all over the world and this wasnt the move
