I went to there location yesterday with my family and we had a somewhat big big order that cme up to $22. There were two young guys working at the time and the one that took my order was really nice and patient considering i was being very specific with my order so when he was finished I put a dollar in the tip jar. Later on a girl that was sitting on the bench went up to the other guy and told him I had stolen their tips and he actually came up to me and acused me of stealing that money even though the money was still in the container. I told him all i had done was put a dollar in there but he kept on asking me if i was sure i didnt take it. That honestly ofended me a lot. I work really hard to make my money and i know what it takes to get it plus i have no need to steal specially not tips. I love their icecream but i will defenetly never go back after being trated like that.

The young man working there today (8/29/15) was really friendly. The prices are great, the portions are generous, and they have a ton of cool flavors ("Shark Attack" has a huge gummy shark in the middle of the dessert). And its just a fun atmosphere, with colorful benches and ice cream-shaped trash cans. I had to remove a star because of the CRAZY amount of bees hanging around. I know its not the fault of management - its nature! But, the fact is, it took away from the enjoyment & we left ASAP because of my husbands potentially fatal allergy to bee stings. I really have no idea what they could do to help the problem. Maybe hose down spills more often and remove the nearby flowers? Just be aware of that when you go. But DO go!

I come here for the shaved ice. It is dirt cheap, there are like 118 flavors, the service is quick and friendly. I always use the drive though. The small is adequate for an adult and the large is gigantic; I bought it once on accident and could not finish it. My favorite flavor is wedding cake. I have heard their ice cream is very good too but I have never personally tried it.

Ice cream is delicious, but the older woman working this evening (9/9/2016) has some of the worst customer service skills Ive seen in Apex. I recommend not slamming your sliding window on waiting customers without acknowledging them. Dont forget, you chose to work this job. Its not forced labor.

So freaking good! Known about this place for years, but finally took me up until 2 weeks ago to finally make it here. Lets just say I love it so much I have been here 3 times in the past 10 days :P. Only $2 for a really nice sized medium snowball. My favorite so far is the "Spiderman"

Decent quality and friendly service. Dark chocolate ice cream want as chocolatey and rich as Id hoped but was obviously fresh. Kids loved their sno cones and there are tons of flavors and huge portions.

We love this, usually go every other week from when they open seasonally up until they close. Their snow balls are great and their ice cream is even better. Best coconut cream ice cream Ive ever had.

Tried the carrot cake ice cream and it tasted like the real deal. The snoballs are pretty good too. My favorite is coconut with the vanilla cream.
