Worst experience I have ever had with customer service! My daughter turned four today and I pre-ordered her cake more than a week in advance. Since she still naps, her party was in the morning, before the store opening today. It was scheduled to pick-up yesterday and imagine my surprise when we arrived before 3 PM to find them closed. There was a note on the door that they were closed due to weather. It wasnt even windy, much less raining!!!! (We had bad weather overnight, but this was nowhere near that time.) The cake was pre-paid, and the manager had to know that there was a child expecting a birthday cake. He elected to leave for whatever reason, without so much as a phone call. It is now almost 24 hours, and Ive yet to get a refund or phone call back despite multiple requests. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILDS BIRTHDAY TO THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience I have ever had getting ice cream. I would give zero stars if I could, but they deserve one for the ice cream tasting good. I ordered a small “Cookie Minster” in a waffle cone bowl, which the worker replied “what’s that.” I pointed to the ice cream on their menu and she proceeded to ask me “what’s in that?” To that I had no response, as I do not work there. She asked a few other employees and after varied responses decided to throw something together. I had to repeat the size I wanted multiple times and when she asked what I wanted it in, I repeated “waffle cone bowl.” To this she grabbed a regular bowl and threw the ice cream into that and handed it to the cashier and went to help another customer.

Went to this location and they were out of cookie dough, but not just cookie dough, they were out of peanut butter and cookie dough, but not just cookie dough and peanut butter, they were out of strawberries, cookie dough, and peanut butter. How many creations can you possibly get without those toppings. The person working did not care and said the owner didnt care to order ingredients either. The person working was rude about the fact that they were closing soon since we came in at 8:50pm since they were closing at 9pm. But online it says they didnt close till 10pm, which is why we chose to go there. This was my first time going to a cold stone creamery in years. Needless to say I wont be going back to one.

Went in there for ice cream today and was disappointed there was no cookie dough or strawberries. I needed up just getting a plain chocolate ice cream which was very good. The lady that got my ice cream was mackenzie and she went out her way to tell me about punch cards when no one ever has. She truly is a gem to this store.

Came at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Sign said they closed at 10. Employee said they were closed. When I questioned the employee about the time she said she was the only one working and told to close at 9. Put a sign on the door saying your closed. Had two kids looking forward to ice cream. Thanks for nothing.

Line was too long. Not enough people working to support the line. There was another person in the back, but they didnt come out to help. Several people left before we did. The line hardly moved in the 15min we waited. We left as well since they did not seem to care that people were waiting that long.

Horrible service! Took 30 minutes due to no onsite manager???? I am only assuming because the kids running this shop displayed no customer service skills. WILL NEVER RETURN! DONT WASTE YOUR VACATION TIME !!!! To the management: Train your employees better.... And supervise them!

Got in the car and took the family (from Conway) to this location. Got there before 6 p.m on a Thursday night and... All the lights were off, chairs put up and the doors locked up tight. That is absolutely ridiculous. I wont waste my time going to this location EVER again..

Product as good as in any store. However, the immature staff need lessons in customer service and maybe an incentive program to improve stores bottom line. The product brings in customers....but continued poor service will send them elsewhere.

This place is always busy. The ice cream selections are unique but almost too sweet and too much going on in them. Love the standard flavors with only one or two toppings. Get a smaller size because the portions are huge.

They need to update their hours online. It stays they are open until 10pm and surely we get there at 915pm and they are closed. Loaded up all the people and got there and they were locked up. Not a pleasant experience.

Stopped for ice cream 15 minutes before closing , the employees turned off the lights as the group of 4 ahead us were about to enter. They turned away 10 customers! Apparently business is not very important.
