I ordered a Supposedly large cone it was the smallest Large cone Ever.When she handed it to me i said thats a large & she said yes.I got home & called & asked 2 speak 2 the manager wouldnt u no the girl who waited on me Was the manager. I said that was the smallest large cone i had Ever gotten no less an over $4 cone. She said it looked small but it was the amount I was supposed to get. I said I would Never come back with my business. She acted like she could care less & did not offer any kind of compensation. Very bad customer service & I Always thought the customer wad Never wrong. I went 2 Scoups on Shaker Road the next night & I bought a QUART of Home made soft vanilla for a Fair price of $6.75 & my girlfriend got a Small cone for $2.50 that was bigger than the large cone I got here for 4.50. The only thing home made here is the uncomfortable picnic tables. The manager made NO attempt 2 re$olve my complaint so i would advise you 2 go Elsewhere

So far, our favorite ice cream stand in the area. Delicious ice cream and sundaes. Lots of places to be seated and a nice spreadout of seating areas. Clean seating areas, too. While enjoying our ice cream, we noticed that the staff stopped by just to check on if any tables needed clean up. They didnt, since the staff seems to be on top of the cleanliness. Did I mention its delicious here?!

Their ice cream is great and the service is awesome. All the young adults there are sweet and fast. Weve been going here for years but we recently got a puppy and brought him here. The kind staff gave him a sample of doggy vanilla and now theyve made one more life customer. Try this place, they have a million flavors of everything.

Found this shop on our way home from Schenectady. Enjoyed some chocolate frozen custard, yummmm! Easy to see from the road, plenty of parking in the private parking lot. Walk up service window was very welcoming. Service was pleasant and fast.

Ice cream was great. Dont know how they make it but it was the best tasting ice cream I have ever had and I have had a lot of ice cream at various places. If you have not tried The Ice Cream Shop you dont know what your missing

Got a reeses flury, it was the skimpiest flury i ever had. It was barely 3/4 full, and hardley any reeses. Sorry, but Bumpys is much better, not worth the trip!!!
