There is no less eating than this. I visited this restaurant today during my trip to Niagara Falls and I had most TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever. The food was ofcours awful but the managers behavior was even worse than anything. I usually dont write much reviews but I decided to write for this one because of my worst personal experience which others can avoid. I with my wife and a 2 year old were starving and reached to this restaurant around 7.30 pm on Friday May 27th 2016. The restaurant looked great and nice at first glance. Restaurant is actually a part of their Indian market. We chose to have dinner buffet as I saw a lot of options available. The quality of the food was so poor that I ended up with leaving everything. Only raita, jeera rice, papad and naan were OK. The Paneer makhni and Daal makhni were not even close. Paneer makhni was so sweet that it was made in the sugar cyrup. Dal makhni was looking an ordinary Dal with an awful taste. Only bhindi masala was somehow I could eat. Well, when I was asked, did you like everything? I genuinely said that I never tasted such sweet Paneer makhni which is worst taste I ever had. And Dal makhni, my wife cooks much better than this professional chef of this restaurant. The waitress said, if I like, I could talk to manager. I asked her, if anyone complaint about Paneer makhni she said a couple of people may have said about sweetness but I can talk to manager if I like. When the manger came, I explained him that food is awful and Paneer makhni is the worst of all I ever tasted with so much sweet. Well, after few arguments, I accidentally said that some other people had also complaint about sweetness to your waitress. He called that waitress and asked, did you say to him that other people had complaint? Ofcourse she said no as she had to save her job. Then manager said that I m lieing. What should I say? I completely understand the fear of a newly joined waitress who was really good at her work, polite and also a student who need to support herself and not responsible of that awful food for which I complaint to her. Anyways, we came to an agreement to prepare a dish of Kadhai Paneer for me which I took to my hotel. To me, they modified taste for non-Indian people as their business is run by those at most which he told me several times. It is actually a shame for the chef to cook such worst food. Manager told me that this chef is the best chef in town and is from PAKISTAN. So my advice for the Indian fellows or to others who want to have real and good Indian taste, avoid this place at any cost. I just pray that he wouldnt have done anything wrong to that innocent girl by blaming her for everything. I couldnt stop myself thinking about her all the night with the feeling of guilt that she could be in trouble just because of my stupidity. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A GOOD FOOD. YOU COULD BE IN PLACE OF ME AS WELL. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER BETTER PLACES TO HAVE GOOD INDIAN FOOD. THIS PLACE ISNT VERY CHEAP EITHER. TO OWNER/CHEF, COOK YOUR FOOD THAT GOOD RATHER THAN PRESSURISING YOUR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES SO THAT PEOPLE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND COME TO YOU ALWAYS. AFTER ALL YOU ARE A CHEF AND YOU SHOULD NOT INSULT THE FOOD.

These guys are sexist! And full of BS. I have been going to this store for several years so Im writing this review after a lot of money spent here. When my mom ordered the naan they said it will be $1. She had me go pick them up and I go there thinking alright I ordered 20 so its $20 as thats what my mom had been charged before too. The guy goes yep that will be $35. What kinda bs is this? He goes naan is $1.75 . This whole situation with different price happened not once but several times therefore I decided to write this review as I rarely ever write any reviews for anyone. I dont have problem paying $0.75 extra per naan but its just the fact that these guys are sexist. DONT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUE TIME WITH OLD DISGUSTING FOOD.

Came here for dinner buffet on 08/11 on our way back from Niagara Falls. Three adults and one child. Dinner buffet was $14.99. There was a wide selection, however, there was a deliberate attempt to NOT REFILL goat meat or to delay it such that the customer gives up and leaves. For those who dont care about goat meat, I know this does not matter. But dinner buffet of $14.99 is not worth the price if every entree is not timely refilled or worse the refill is systematically delayed to DECEIVE the customer! I reminded the staff several times and waited over 25 minutes for the goat meat to be refilled but it was never done. Other entrees were refilled timely. Very very disappointed in their deceitful business practice!! Disgraceful..

Poor service. Arrogant staff. Falsely promised us that food would be refilled in buffet. Appetisers were refilled after we finished having desserts. The food taste n quality was extremely poor with only the Gulab Jamuns as a saving grace. Few of the fellow customers even joked that they may fall sick after eating the food at that restaurant. Irony was that one of the staff/manager came to us expecting a positive feedback. When we complained that half of the food trays were empty, he arrogantly replied that he had already told us that it would take time for food to be remade and that we should have patience... Patience at a buffet!!! Never heard of it... Please avoid this place.

Several visits has made regular customers out of us. Delightful shop with a fascinating a diverse array of central Asia / Indian foods, spices, and of course Teas! Our pantry contains so many delights from here. The owners / and staff are always helpful. On note we have too seen many times seen expired spices on the shelf, however one should note, that expiry dates on dried processed spices are basically worthless, and are there due to idiotic regulations that do not differentiate on such items. We have yet to make a disappointing purchase and the prices are much better than we have found elsewhere across the board. Recommended!

Excellent. It couldnt have been better. I went here with my parents, my sister, her fiancé from India and his parents and younger sister. The owners were incredibly hospitable and gave us amazing service. The naan was freshly made and was crispy on the outside and like velvet on the inside. All of the buffet dishes were delicious and very well made. There was even Indian hot sauce on the side that could be mixed in with the curry dishes if you wanted more heat. The masala chai was also very good and was part of the buffet too. Their mango lassi is creamy but not too thick, and is a must have. Finally, their desserts are delicious.

I love Indian food and try as many places as we can to compare. We love shopping here and tried the buffet on Thursday, February 11, 2016. We both agree that is is the best in Buffalo .... each dish is full of complex flavors and well seasoned. There are different dishes from the common, "run of the mill" Indian buffet in the area to choose from. In addition, the staff is cheerful, friendly, and make you feel welcome ... which is NOT the case in one or two of the other restaurants. I only wish the chai had a bit more spice to it .. . our only criticism. On our favorite list for certain.
