Bartender was freindly, drinks well made, food arrived in good time however our order was wrong. I ordered lemon pepper and hot wings and got hot wings. Failure is clearly management. Train your staff dont just expect them to know how to serve customers. Revisited another time order drinks and food. Waited 30 min for wings and then looked around to see others who ordered after me getting their food. When I asked about my wings bartender went to the back to have them expedited. I order a snack size lemon pepper. They brought out a larger order of buffalo and another order of buffalo and parmesan and fries. I said I order lemon pepper. Bartender apologized gave me all that food and went to try And get my lemon pepper which never came. Then on the bill he charged by for an appetizer sample plate which was more than what I ordered for the snack size lemon pepper. Horrible wont be back. TGIF ill be seeing you with ur unlimited apps for 10 dollars.

Went with my wife last night to hang out after work. Were excited because it just opened but were bit of disappointed: a. Carpet floor under the tables has not been cleaned, lots of litters. b. Nacho chips served are crumbs not whole, we called for the server, she answered she doesnt know why. Didnt even bother to offer replacement. It looks like the one they served was the last ones left in the bag, because literally they were all crushed and crumbs. c. Service was soooo slow. The server only have 3 tables to attend to in our area, but it took her 15minutes to come and get our order after being seated. d. A server spilled ice cubes from a cup in the floor next to our table, never even bothered to apologize. But he came back though and cleaned it up. Wont come back to this place anymore even though we love Buffalo Wild Wings and considering it is only 3 minutes drive to my place.

First time at this locatio. Apps and drinks came at a reasonable time, but we have been waiting here for almost a hour for our food. Its a party of two people so Im not sure what the hold up is. Our server didnt check on us or let us know whats going on with the order. We spoke with manager and she said she would check on the order. As Im typing this she came after 45 mins. We were still missing food. Very disappointed. Update: As we got up the leave, the manager made it out to us with food. The orders werw wrong and missing wings. She had such a poor attitude when we told her. Thankfully another manager named OZZY just came on shift and was able to fix everything and discounted our final bill by 50%. I appreciated Ozzys customer service, but this female manager and the kitchen made the experience unpleasant.

My fiancé and I go to Buffalo Wild Wings every Tuesday and today we decided to try the new location in Valley Stream. This turned out to be a horrible choice, this location is in simple words A MESS and TERRIBLE experience. Our drinks came quick but everything else was horrible. We waited 1 hour and 45min for our food to come and it never came. When we asked the waiter how much longer, he said another 40min. If you come here, dont come hungry because you will have to wait 3hrs before your food gets on the table. I asked to speak with manager and they said the manager stepped out and I waited 30min to speak with a supervisor. Dont come here and waste your time- horrible service, nasty attitudes and unprofessional. Worst experience I ever had to deal with!

This place cant even pick up the phone to receive a takeout order. Called for 10 minutes and got a busy signal. I finally got through but the phone just rung for 3 minutes straight before my call was took. Girl picks up and immediately puts me on hold for another 6 minutes. I hang up, call back, for literally another 5 minutes and the phone just rings (at this point I want to see how long it can possibly take a corporate restaurant to pick up the phone on a busy Tuesday at 7:38 pm) . THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE AGAIN. Fire the entire management team!!!!!!!!!!! If you cant pick up a phone and take an order winthin 25 minutes of me trying then somethings seriously not working.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered for take out and proceeded to pay for my food. When I looked in the bag there was no carrots, cellary sticks NOR BLUECHEESE!!! I asked the girl can I have bluecheese and she came out with 2 packs... knowning I had 15 wings?! Like really ridiculous. I asked for more then she came out with 1 and caught an attitude when I asked for even more. There was about 6 girls standing around me doing absolutely nothing but talking. I even asked for carrots and cellary for 2 orders and she came back with 5 carrots n no cellary. NEVER will I go back to this place. Never experienced bad service, I shall continue to go to westbury!

Came to eat with some friends spontaneously passing by, given if I had seen the other reviews I wouldnt have come, our server Gaby was extremely nice and made our first time experience great! This place is such in a busy location so it was loud but understandable. The food took some time to come out but Gaby made sure we were aware all the time and she seemed pretty busy with her whole area of tables. Great server, she recommended patron margaritas to us and we loved them! Food was good environment was just a little too loud for me. If you come here ask for Gaby, she made a great impression on us. Will be coming back!

This place sucks, was very excited about BWW opening in valley stream but the food is terrible. I had takeout 2 times and both times it was a disaster, the food is never cooked properly and it tastes awful and very under sauced even after I repeatedly ask for it to be extra sauced. I was was hoping that today it would be a much different story but I was wrong! The wings tasted like they were rotten, my third experience was the worst! I much rather drive to Forest Hills or Westbury for some quality even though I live 2 minutes away from the valley stream locaton! I DO NOT Recommend this location!

Came today with a couple of friends I dont really recommend coming here if you looking to eat something other than wings and finger foods. I had a Caesar salad and the dressing wasnt that great And the lettuce didnt taste fresh. My 2 friends got Long Islands and they were great, and the server gaby was so friendly I see her name pop up a couple times and based on our experience she lives up to it. Even told the manager as well about how well she took arent of us! Otherwise, Spinach artichoke dip looked a little funky but tasted swell. Food was alright, service amazing, lots of tvs!!!!

First the young lady at the front neglected to tell us(after we said we were getting take out) that we had to go to the back to order. Then I asked for an allergy menu & was told they had to print one( while complaining that it was 7 pages). Then the young lady at the counter said they didnt have anything gluten free until I explained to her that the one where I live (Virginia) does & the allergy menu online clearly says what has gluten & what doesnt. So I order my food & ten minutes later the manager brings us the allergy menu. Needless to say, I wont be coming back.
