All restaurants should have; 1. Good service, 2. Good food and 3. Easy parking. The Panera Bread off the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Horace Harding has great service and yummy food. But as a person who grew up nearby and a frequent visitor to the location, it is the parking lot that will jade your experience. Between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, something causes this parking lot to be overly crowded and difficult to navigate. If you live nearby, walk. If you must drive, make it a two person operation and send one person in to get take out while the other person waits in the car. Besides that, the food and the service are excellent, even during busy hours. Clean bathrooms and a decent atmosphere.

Your typical Panera. Their foods are frozen from what I heard so Im sure the flavors dont vary from one Panera to another. My favorites are their iced green tea and the tomato soup. Another great thing about Panera is the perks of having a Panera card. There are little freebies we get when we go a certain amount of times. The service at this particular location has always been good to me. Ive seen some not too friendly workers at times but some amazing ones as well. Never had a terrible experience and Ive been here a lot. Hopefully I wont have one anytime soon! The parking lot is a huge plus as well but obviously can get pretty crowded during peak hours.

Usually I like this Panera, but todays experience was off. Guy at the counter wasnt particularly friendly, and he didnt notice that is grabbed a fruit cup from the little self serve cooler in front where they have canned beverages, fruit cups, yogurt, etc when ringing me up. Then he closed the cooler and took away my fruit cup, which is how I realized he hadnt noticed or rung it up. They were out of the Frozen watermelon lemonade I wanted, and they made the strawberry poopy seed salad with mixed greens instead of standard romaine.

Visit this place with family and it was a great experience. The guy at the cashier gave me great attention, choices, and customer service. The food was great. Had the roasted potato soup. It came with side of toast. It was delicious. Also had the chicken panini and it was fabulous. Great taste. Will come back here.

Found a piece of plastic about 2 inches long in my brocolli cheddar soup. I told the manager and she could careless, her response "you want a refund on your soup?", not "aim sorry about this or let me get you a new one", be careful what youre eating because a little kid couldve easily choked on this. Disgraceful!

The service is amazing I asked to try the smoothies and the girl made them for me, she was so sweet and so amazing! This place isnt close to me at all but I insist on going because every time I go they treat me with care, they get my order right, the place is always clean and has plenty of seating.

The food (like always) tastes great! Certain hours of the day is very quiet to just go there and have some brunch or so, Wide variations of food makes me comcortable choosing which one to eat everytime I go there. Very highly recomended.

This is a great restaurant chain for fresh ingredients with no preservatives or additive in there food it was delicious. Panera bread is the place to feel relax for business meetings or just to study even to talk to a friend

This store has the WORST help of any PB Ive ever been to and it keeps getting worse. It has new managers, new staff and feels like the quality of the workers get lower and lower. I hope that management wakes up soon.

Very upset. Got food to go and the salad had 2 mouthfuls of lettuce and i ordered a turkey bacon bravo sandwich and it had 2 small slices of chicken and it was supposed to be turkey. Not cool at all

A pretty standard Panera. Good food in good proportions. This location doesnt bring food to your table, which is a little odd, but really not a big deal given the casual nature of Panera.

Panera food is always good. This place has one plug for customers so look elsewhere if youre looking for a place to study or do some work. All other plugs have been blocked off.
