So we are currently sitting here at BwW and I love this restaurant when I have gone in the past. This place has been open for maybe two weeks. So far we got sat right away half the tables are empty there are a lot of wait staff but it has been 15 minutes and no one has even come up to our table let a lone mentioned that they may be swamped and would be with us soon. Not a fan of them At this moment but I am writing this review as the visit goes on as I can write down my fresh thoughts. The people behind me got seated 15min after we got seated and their order was taken before ours. We are still waiting to get our order taken the waitress come and got our drink order then the table be hind our and also took their food before coming back to our table. 25 minuets after being seated our order was taken. The 45 min mark has now hit and our food has still not come out. There is still a bigger staff ratio to tables occupied and I can see other tables unhappy with the service as well. The food was okay but not worth the wait . The cheese curds are good. My wings were okay the garlic parm is good. The Asian zing is good but barely had any sauce on it. They seemed to be way over staffed and the areas for drink refills are packed pull with waiters not doing anything. I read a review so I knew about what the check would be I had a small serving of wing my date had a snack size wings and an side order of cheese curds and two soda... Grand total of 41.?? Absolutely not worth the price.

Food took long, there was a hair on my wings, but im usually not one to care so I just picked it out but what killed the experiance for me was the food was not only cold but the wings were hard as a rock, I had some spicy wings so naturally I have my drink down pretty fast and it took so long for the waitress to come around I had to get up and look for one, once I did that the drink took (and I timed it) 23.6 minutes to get to me... Thats an eternity with your mouth on fire, after I got the drink and I finish whats i deemed edible it took long enough again that I had to get up and look for another waitress just to pay for the meal... Negligence was enough that im pretty sure me and my friends couldve just walked out without paying.... The second star is only there because the Asian zingers were good even cold, anyway needless to say never going back again. *update* This is the morning after and me along with my other 2 friends all have diarrhea because of the meal... What the hell I ask you, and im revoking that second star because asian zingers arent worth this burning ring of fire.

7/3/17 Bartender Daniel was the worst. We were the only people sitting at the bar. There were only 2 booth tables with people sitting and eating, mushrooms were frozen. Wings were over cooked, when we finally got drinks they were out of Bacardi so he took it upon himself to serve us what he wanted. I had a soda. I was thirsty the entire time. Never asked if I wanted another drink. The worst experience I have ever had. Felt like I was on bar rescue, Daniel kept leaving and going in the kitchen and was not even present 90% of the time. This was between 10:50 and 11:47 so the owner of manager should check the cameras , my girlfriend had what seemed to be a piece of bone in her tacos , I had so much to complain about I just kept my mouth shut and payed the bill and walked out. No tip of course. Shame on the management and bartender for serving such garbage

Totally awful experience. I dont usually review places but I needed to with this one. Firstly, our server (who I only found out his name after he tossed the bill on the table) came over and was half way in the other booth when he asked us what we wanted to drink. Then rolled his eyes when I wasnt sure at the second. We ordered an app, kids meal and an entree. App came out and not 5 minutes later, the other food came out. We had just started our apps (they were very hot) and the rest of the food was on the table. To add, we were never given silverware. By the time I was able to catch him to get it, the food was cold. Worst service Ive ever gotten.

This place is awful. The service and food were both unbelievably terrible. Took 20 minutes to seat us and the place was empty!!! The waiter walked away before finishing our order and I had to chase after him. Also had to find my own napkins to clean up a spill. Took an HOUR to get the food and we had 4 3-year-olds with us! Then they screwed up the order and didnt bring my food at all. It literally took another THIRTY minutes and speaking to 2 waiters and 3 managers to finally get all the correct food. And the food was TERRIBLE. Getting our change and our to-go order was another fiasco. Do NOT waste your time at this place.

My boyfriend and I came here for late dinner. I ordered a Bahamas mama the bartender made me another drink that he thought id like bc he ran out of bacardie. Not sure why he thought that was ok especially since we where at the bar. We ordered 3 different rings all which came within ten minutes of each other. Ive never been served food in that way before. I will never come here again between the service and the below average food it was a huge waste of my money.

Ok. So servers lack training. Food was dropped off and had to flag down waiter for napkins. No one checked back to see if ok. Wings were good. Mild sauce is just tangy enough. Hamburger and onion rings really good. The fries got cold and dry pretty quick. We asked for a box to pack leftover wings. The waiter did a drop and run and we had to flag him down for check. I love wings and so I probably will go back. Small order of wings is $12.79 with no sides.

I am surprised with all the negatives reviews. You should not take them for granted, and try this place out yourself. I came here today (Jun 8th) to watch one of the NBA Finals game. Plenty of TVs all around. The traditional wings, cheese sticks, and nachos were pretty good. Beer was cold and fresh. The staff was very attentive, and especially my server (Jeremy), he did a great job! Thank you guys/gals!

Just went there. Staff were clueless young kids. Just getting a table in an empty restaurant was a challenge. Food was tasteless and the boneless wings were so hard I couldnt chew it. the bills for this total crap was $ 39.00 for 2 people with one ginger ale. Expensive poison junk food. Parents dont feed your kids this food. Its costs to much and is really unhealthy junk. Never again.

I love the wings and all but rumors persist about the place being built on a sacred hotdog graveyard. One time I was washing my hands in the bathroom and when I looked up at the mirror, I saw a giant hotdog man staring right back at me. And guess what, when I turned around...he was gone!!!! Oh well. I will put up with the hauntings as long as BWW keeps hosting free WWE pay per views.
