I was in the area, so my friend said lets go here. MEDIOCRE. The menu looks great. All entrees come with unlimited salad or soup and bread sticks. I ordered salad,. My friend ordered soup. We ordered dinner. I ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala, which comes with mashed potatoes. I did not fully read the menu. I really wanted pasta, but okay I received mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were swimming in brown Marsala gravy. Nothing spectacular. The stuffed ricotta cheese chicken was really good. Very tasty. It was a good size portion. The salad arrived at the table with the entire bowl filled with Italian dressing. Ugh. When I asked the waitress if I could get another salad with half the dressing; she disappeared for about 25 minutes. My meal arrived before she returned. She then said, "you dont want the salad any more; right?" I still wanted the salad. Then she returned 10 minutes later to say that the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes and there was no more salad. I say, No more Olive Garden for me. The service was terrible. The food was mediocre. There are a lot of fantastic Italian restaurants out there, especially in New York. I will not return. Prices are comparable with other similar restaurants - moderately priced.

I have been to this Olive Garden about 3x prior to this visit. For some reason this visit will stick with me more than the others. I am leaving this review and never eating here again. Not because it was woefully bad as much as it was definitely unremarkable. To say, if some one asked me how my meal was today, I wouldnt have much to say. The service wasnt great either. The server never once asked if wed like water nor did she ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. The bill came up to 55.89 + 8 for tip. Which in my humble opinion was too much for bad service. They brought all our food out at one time. The appetizers, entrees, salad bowl and soups. The table was packed and it made it very uncomfortable to sit with all those things there. We also were not offered wine. When she seen i was done with my soup, she walked by and stopped, looked, saw that I wasnt paying attention ( which i actually was ) then proceeded to keep walking. Smh. You arent a mind reader but she knew there was something happening at the table she was suppose to help with then decided against it. I get that they arent paid enough to care so whatever right? It doesnt hurt them that i wont be coming back.

Possibly the worst experience Ive ever encountered. Waiter brought out my childrens food before me and my wife even received bread sticks or salad. Finally after waiting at my table for 20 minutes with empty drinks wondering whats going on I got up and asked for a manager. When the manager came to the waiting area I told him the problem and he insisted that he would put our order through right away. When I said to him whats the issue with your staff he asked if I liked I can just leave. I have never seen such a poor managed establishment in my entire life. Being in the business I understand how things in a restaraunt get hectic and its easy to lose track of things when busy. However on a Thursday night when the table wait time was 15 minutes and about 7 waiters on staff there is no excuse. I will never return to this location and Im strongly considering never eating at the chain again. For a fairly new restaurant to the area I defiantly think change is in order before the staff drives the restaurant into the ground. Save your time and your money I got a better eating experience at McDonalds where my wife and I were forced to eat for the night.

Worse Service From Waitress - Amanda After shopping last night I decided to go with my friend to eat. It was late and we were not too hungry so after eating our salad and having to return the appetizer because it was uncooked, I asked the waitress, Amanda, for to-go boxes. We got the boxes but mine was not closing properly. I asked her for a new box and when she came, she took a dirty fork from my friends plate to use to scrape out the food. I took the box from her and told her she could not do that. She started to ask me if I was OK and nothing was wrong with what she was doing and that is something she does all the time. I was so furious, I just paid and left. I could not even finish my drink. She did not realize how unsanitary that was. Secondly, she doesnt know who she is serving and the trouble she can get her restaurant into. It makes me question the things that really happens around the back. I hope someone from the main office see these negative reviews and do something. Quite frankly, they didnt deserve my one star - from raw appetizer to unsanitary service. I am not from this area so they will never get my money again.

Let me start off by saying we usually like eating at Olive Garden although this was the first time we visited this particular restaurant. We arrived as a party of 4 and were told there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. We could see there were about 20 tables empty. We were finally seated in about ten minutes at a small booth. We asked if we could sit at the table next to the booth which had more room. We were again told we had to wait even thought there were still many tables empty. We were finally seated and ordered out food and drinks. Our appetizer and salad came quickly but at the same time. The salad had items we had asked to be left out and our drink order was wrong. As we began to eat the app and salad our dinners came out. We quickly ate our app and salad and started on our dinners. The entire time we sat there we could see three waitresses in the corner texting on their phones and we could also see people waiting to be seated even thought there were at least 15 tables empty. I can say the food was pretty good and our server was friendly but there rest of our experience was terrible. We will not return to this restaurant.

I think this has probably been one of my most earnest Yelp reviews. At the end of my meal, my friend asked me how much would I rate this red lobster after I went, I told her probably 3 stars because our waiter was very good with the service and the food kind of met expectations of what youd expect from a chain restaurant. Quoting my friend "this is the saddest piece of broccoli Ive ever seen"...but that was until I realized how dishonest and shady their practices are. When you get the receipt, they already tack on 18% tip. Once you get the receipt where you have to sign, there is another suggested 18% on the receipt...so in total theyre suggesting a 36% tip? That is absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. I think most diners are not suspicious enough to think that a restaurant would have the nerve to do something like that. Perhaps its my fault for not being more careful so I tipped the guy double...but then again I just want to eat dinner and not have to be on detective mode when Im paying for it. I am never going to Red Lobster or any of their chains again. Never again!
