Expensive for no reason. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was blown away by how fast this took. . . .until i realize they just toss a bagel with a coffee creamer type disposable cream cheese gimmick and knife (essentially youre paying to make your own sandwich. They just gotta toss ingredients into a bag and you do the work. Yeah i dont think so. Ill buy cheaper cream cheese and bagels elsewhere if Im doing it myself. savor that flavor b/c ill never be back.

Was here yesterday and waited longer than usual for the food with a smaller than usual crowd. My boyfriend went to see why and our food was sitting on the counter even though they give you a buzzer that is supposed to ring when your order is ready. The food was cold options and tasted pretty good, however it did look a little thrown on the plate because i got chicken and it was hanging off the sandwich on the tray. They gave us free bread which was nice.

This place which is literally a hop, skip and a jump from home is reliable for good sandwiches, decent salads and tasty pastries. Im very rarely impressed with the cashiers, as they all--with the exception of a few--behave as though theyre elsewhere; with the habit of not remembering your order once youve conveyed it to them...

Standard Panera, pretty good amount of room inside, but the seating is a bit crowded; probably a few too many tables crammed in there. They also dont seem to ask what side you want when applicable, so they just put a random one (apple, chips, white, or wheat) on your plate and everyone has to ask to switch.

Fast service, but my sandwich was terrible. I told the cashier half a sandwich and no mustard. I was rushing the catch the train and when I got on, I discovered a full sandwich with mustard. I ended up giving it away to someone in need because I cant tolerate the taste of mustard. I was very disappointed.

The present staff they have is very slow and has no level of urgency and they still mess your order up after being so slow. They have no customer service skills. Food really not all that and is over priced. The staff speak little or no English and they dnt pay attention when you trying to speak with them.

Its a Panera so the food should be predictable and it is. I dig working from this place. Its got a community vibe, lots of kids, families, older people, folks studying, people playing backgammon and drinking coffee. As far as Paneras go, this one in specific is great.

today i went to Panera i asked the girl a question of what are the different sizes of soup.she gave me an attitude and brought back 2 cut and just showed me the size didnt even tell me the different prices.when i get home she gave me the wrong order.

I go in quite often now on my way to Freeport. The staff is always nice and helpful... I have to say the food has always been tasty and fresh and the orange scones are out of this world!!
