We needed to get something to eat before going to the airport and came upon the Westgate Family Restaurant by chance. Exceptional meals! I ordered the fish fry (it was Friday night) and was really pleased with the quality of the meal. Simple, fresh, hot and perfectly done!! My husband had the bleu cheese burger and was also pleasantly surprised. We honestly just expected decent diner food, but this was wonderful. Whoever was in that kitchen knows what they are doing. Thank you and will definitely come back!!

Usually love this place, but service last time was awful. Waited 10 minutes before we even saw the server. Tried to flag down the man who seated us, but he deliberately ignored us, even though we were just feet away. Finally walked into the back and found someone. She sent over a server, who offered no apology. Very nearly walked out. Not sure if well be back.

My wife asked one of the waiters for hot sauce and she automatically said "I should have known." Remind you shes Hispanic so if it was someone else that comment would have not been said. We will never step back in that place, plus sausage was horrible. Meat lovers omelet not good.

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and it looks nice and homie. I dont know if they were just having a bad day or what but the food was not good and made me sick right after I ate. Will never come back.

We stopped here for breakfast before leaving Rochester. Excellent breakfasts, served fast and hot. Cooked perfectly to order. Staff and waitress super friendly. Even the other customers were happy. Loved it!

Nice and quiet for a smaller family diner. Certainly a more unique alternative than Panera for a sit-down place in the plaza. Good omelettes for breakfast (or any time)
