So my sister invited me to eat at K & W at this location today and the experience was not good. I had never been before and we got in line and got our trays. I dont know if you are supposed to grab the food or its handed to you. But I saw some jello and I grabbed it but it was in a cup that resembled a wine glass but it was deep in the ice and I didnt realize it was a wine glass type container. I only saw a the top half of the container. So some ice went onto another jello plate. The woman standing there rolls her eyes and goes "UGH" obnoxiously while looking at me as I was apologizing and I would have paid for that jello as well but after that rude reaction I lost my appetite and decided an establishment with such rude employees does not deserve my hard earned money and I walked out the door and left. In short it was my first time ever at this establishment and I will never go back.

Will never eat at this restaraunt ever again...Lacks K&W Traditional flavor. We have informed Our Staff staff friends and family and guests we have shared linkedin twitter facebook google yelp. The Quality of food is garbage. Seek the Health Grade Score Certificate for yourself if can be locate anywhere on wall before you waste your time and monies.

I wonder if theyve changed cooks at this K&W. The last 4 meals weve had there were not good. Beef Stroganoff was overcooked. The roast beef slices were hard and dry and the red potatoes very dark inside. We used to enjoy our visits there but are increasingly disappointed in the entrees.

deserts are served warm and left under a heat lamp. other K&Ws had the frozen counter tops to keep the chocolate pie cold. most of the time rolls are about half the size of standard k&w rolls. I grew up around awesome k&w establishments. This one is not quite up to par.

Our dining experience is usually a positive one. I dont know which is the best, the delicious food or the friendly, caring staff. We are frequent diners and would highly recommend it as a place of choice for anyone.

The food is usually pretty good, but today was a disappointment. Both of my parents ordered fried shrimp and fried chicken and both entrees were hard because they had been cooked too long.
