I got to Ridgeview Sat. Am at 945 am to meet friends that had already been there at least 20 minutes. They had coffee but had not been asked to place order, I asked on arrival and was told they were busy and it would be in awhile. I saw breakfast special on menu with no time limit. Salina came back at 1005 to get food orders and was told I couldnt order at that price as it was after 10, my friends asked about price of item right next to it and she said there was no change in price. I mentioned we had asked to order before 10 but were told we couldnt. She put order in at 1008 (stamped on receipt). She said it didnt matter if we tried to order before 10. No smiles or offers to refill water or coffee until 45 min later. If Id been alone I would have walked out. Ive been out of work for 3 months and dont start a new job until 1st week of may so I wanted to save some $ as well. I told my friends Im never going back there. The food , prices and service had been good in the past but not any more unfortunately!

Unbelievable!! Just when you think racism doesnt exist..A white male opened and held the door for my mother and I. We GREATLY appreciated the gesture, thank you. On the other hand however, .the white female wasnt as friendly. She didnt even acknowledge us. She spoke to the white family that entered shortly after us. The woman even wiped, cleared, and reset two of the tables directly arounds us, still w/o speaking. We decided to leave at this point as to not act out upon our emotions...very very sad world we live in.

The place was empty when we went (Tuesday early afternoon). The decor seems to be the NYS lotto. Theres a machine in the corner, quick draw slips at every table, and a huge tv playing quick draw in the front of the place. Food was ok. My burger was frozen, but the bacon was good. The waitress was attentive to the point where it felt like she wanted us to leave. It smelled like a nursing home. I think it would have been a much different experience had it been busy.

Found hair in my dressing, ordered a fish fry and it was so heavy so i wondered why and the beer batter was so thick that the fish was disgusting!!!! The owner needs to get his ASS up from that booth that he always sits in and see how the food is made. The one old lady there with her long hair is very mean and should not be running the place. Not coming back for sure this time. No wonder its always dead.

Had an awful mothers day lunch with my kids starting with every mother walking in being given a red carnation except I was not for some reason. Ended with having to pay for a $10 sandwich that I didnt even eat because in the 30 mins I sat there waiting not once did the waitress even stop at our table to ask if we needed anything so I couldnt tell her that the sandwich was made wrong.

This place is a dirty smelly dump. The health dept. should close this place down. It needs a good cleaning. The bathrooms are dirty and run down. It used to be a good place years ago!!!!!!!!!! The tables are sticky. The clam chowder was starchy thick and tasted like chemicals. Smells like a nursing home. What happened??????

Had a hair in one plate out of two. Grossed me out so I did not eat mine. Took the one off the bill. Then they dont take American Express, oh and their ATM doesnt work. Had to run around to find an ATM instead of doing what he should of did and not charged. And all this made me late for work.

Ordered hamburg and mashed potatoes all food was cold when I got home. I would stay away from this restaurant. He also coughed all over the food when he brought it too the front. Their solution come back and heat it up and that way when I get home again food will be cold again.

Classic American diner fare. Quick service with good prices.... try the fish fry, great melts, homemade soup, and the best hot sauce in town for your burger. I think the staff is a hoot and they keep you smiling.

Came here, took a seat ourselves, and sat at our table for 15 minutes. Nobody ever came to our table. The waitress up front was chatting with somebody the entire time. Left and got food at Bill Grays.

Walk in at 130p on a Sunday and you might have to eat elsewhere. Owner allowed us to order. I like this place.
