Of the three buffets restaurants that Ive eaten at, this one was the best out of the three. I think that the sushi selections are great when compared to other restaurants. The amount of food options are also greater than the other restaurants that Ive visited as well. However, this place also has its fair share of problems. The food isnt always "fresh." There are times when the food does look stale and most of the time its usually the seafood (excluding the sushi), the various chickens available and the Lo mein. There are some instances which Ive witnessed workers mix the previous trays of leftover foods with the newer trays of foods; this is common problem with many buffet restaurants, so I somewhat question the food safety conditions of this restaurant at times. The place looks decent. Nothing really looks run down. The service was good; you would be attended well in the sense that your finished plates would be clear and your drinks would be refilled, etc. Overall, its a decent establishment, but it suffers from the same problems that other the buffet restaurants have. The only difference is that the place really offers a larger variety of food.

They do not respect their customers especially the man at the register. I went here often. Because my time fell over into the dinner menu, I assumed they were charging me for dinner. They approached me, one of the waitresses, after acting very funny towards me as if I was trying to cheat them. I told them if I eat dinner than charge me for dinner and that is what I thought they were doing. Still were very unpleasant in next few visits. Did go back for about a year. Went back a few weeks ago, the treatment continued. Kept waking by to see what I was eating which is a very uncomfortable dinning experience. I will not go there in the future. The star is for the food and not the restaurant or service. The service gets no stars

DO NOT EAT HERE EVER. They somehow got my grandfathers phone number from his credit card on the bill and called him to yell at him. A woman claimed that we ate too much of the good food and that we were not to come back. Mind you, we ate maybe two plates each. She went on to say that we ate crab legs which were not served that day. She also told us that they give the leftover food to the homeless and now because of us there wouldnt be as much food to give. So in closing, mediocre food and psychopathic employees. Please spare yourself. If you do go then make sure you only eat one plate and finish it all! Otherwise you might get your information stolen and BANNED FROM A BUFFET FOR EATING TOO MUCH.

Went on a Friday around 6:30 p.m. for a fast meal. The food was low quality, cold, and unappetizing during a peak dining time. Avoid this place. They cheap out on everything. The food quality is poor, and they just let items sit on the buffet without replacing them. For example, several items I sampled were dried out or room temperature. They advertise crab legs, but theres never crab legs on the buffet. Also, overpriced for the quality. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are better buffets out there, and going to this place was a mistake. I will never return.

Horrible, horrible service. I went out for lunch with my Mother at this establishment to be ignored then treated as a nuisance by the owner. I approached the register to pay my bill and patiently waited for him to assist me while he talked on the phone. After 5 minutes, he finally grabbed my money from me, while still on the phone, and tossed my change back to me. I thanked him and in return, he rolled his eyes, scoffed, and flicked his hand motioning me to shoo. I once was a regular and now its safe to say that I will never be returning.

The experience was dismal. Finding a plate without dried food stuck to it was a challenge. I could not find a plate that was not severely chipped on top as well as bottom. The cheap plastic glasses were also chipped badly around the rim. The forks had four tines, none of which pointed in the same direction. Gaudy plastic flowers on table. Only two groups of people in restaurant and could not get waitress to come over. No review on food.

Ive never had a bad meal here. Wide variety, well-prepared, and plenty of food at all hours, even the "off-hours" in the mid-afternoon. Friendly staff helps the atmosphere as well. The weekend and evening pricing *may* seem a little high, but remember that all restaurants are having to bump the prices a bit. In this case, the food is still very much worth even the "premium" pricing. Youll always get your moneys worth here.

Just came from there and had a horrible experience. Food was molded, and the owner was extremely rude. They never refilled my drink, and the food was disgusting. They refused to discount my check. My kid was disappointed more than anything. Check your food if you decide to get brave and eat there. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Spent $43 for possible food poisoning. Ugh.

This was the worst chinese buffet I have been to in years. All of these other people must be half brained cripples. I did not enjoy a single dish that I tasted. On a side note I would like to mention to stay far away from the brownies contrary to what Brent said below me. They taste like menthol cigarettes. I recommend never attending this restaurant and never speaking of it again.

This is the BEST Chinese buffet in Henrietta! Food is always good, staff always is pleasant, and the owner is always there and is incredibly inviting. Never had a terrible experience there and their sushi is the best buffet sushi around. We love this place, for an economical meal it is great. It is a very Family orientated business, and they care about their customers.

This place is mediocre at best. No chopsticks, no pot of tea on the table when we ordered tea, all the Chinese favorites on the menu like pizza, meat loaf, ham, Mac and cheese. The chicken feet were not cooked by anyone who knows how to cook Chinese. I waited 15 min to try to get a couple of crab legs then gave up. I went here once and thats enough.

Mmm the food was unexpected ~ many variety but I had dinner and there was no crab ? Sad. What kind of buffet have no crab ? Anyway the service was just fine. Typical American Chinese buffet. Bathrooms are clean. Sushi was big and they gave you lots of fish. Generous pieces. Lots of fruit and meat variety. Little bit veggies. Great place :)

Food is usually fresh, and there is almost a constant refresh of food coming from the kitchen. The hibachi and sushi bar are also pretty amazing. The interior is mostly clean and as up to date as youd expect. Could be a updated a bit but isnt something that would make you think the place is dirty.

I just left, and I feel sick. Everything was lukewarm, and had clearly been sitting for quite some time. Even the most basic foods were over salted and slimy. This is the first Chinese place Ive been to that was unable to make palatable sesame chicken. Only recommend this restaurant to your enemies.
