Ordered online through the website. Get to the restaurant and my order hasnt been received. I think "ok no big deal, heres my receipt and it says I paid with my card" only thats not good enough for them. I really dont understand what was so difficult for them. Ok. The order didnt go through. There was a glitch in the system give me my food because I clearly paid, this money has been taken out of my bank account. Im clearly calling corporate tomorrow to have something be done about this deplorable customer service. I didnt even want anything other than the food I ALREADY paid for!!!!

Went inside on a Saturday around 11:30am, read the reviews here first before going but I figured Id give it a shot anyway. The place is kind of run down, and the food was pretty good. I wouldnt rate the food quality excellent though. The part of the kitchen that I could see looked clean.

Most of my taco shells were broken and one taco had no meat added to it. The please isnt to clean either. I order a chicken cantina burrito and received a shredded chicken burrito

I go to this taco bell a couple times a week and the food is consistent, and the staff is friendly. Never had a bad meal here.
