I was really looking forward to a nice meal with the family here after a long day of shopping. Instead, I experienced one of the the rudest individuals working in the service industry ever encountered. He was disinterested, dismissive, impatient and huffy. He rolled his eyes and would actually walk away as I was talking to him. When I asked his name and that I wanted to speak to a manager, he said "Theres no manager and I have no name" Wow. I would never visit this restaurant again no matter how good their food may be.

So this is my second time in a long time ordering from here b/c the first time was terrible. I thought its been awhile maybe things will be better. Wrong. Placed a phone order and the person who answered seemed so disinterested. Asked for bacon was charged for it but got none, asked for BBQ house chips got plain. Requested two sauces but had to remind them b/c they werent in the bag. Unbelievable. I wont be coming back. Shady.

This place is great, food freshly made to order and the Manager visits every table personally and goes out of her way to check on every guest. I witnessed a guest call her stupid because pickles were forgotten on the sandwich and the Manager ignored the demeaning insult and offered a refund for the sandwich. The customer was mean and had no right doing that.

Food is fresh and flavorful. Fun staff. Expect to spend about $15/meal. Prices are higher than a typical fast food restaurant, but the quality of the food is much better. Burgers arent quite as good as Mooyahs, but still good. If youre in a rush its a good option. Otherwise I would spend my money at Plan B Burger or Red Robin

Great burgers and great service! Delicious milkshakes! They made our burgers just for us and we put whatever we wanted on them. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and we still got our food pretty quickly. The music could be updated but it was nice to have the large TV. Likes it a lot!

Right when you walk in you can see how well kept up and clean it is on the inside. 95% of the time the staff is amazing and friendly and the manager there is amazing and always makes sure everything is better than you expected. For fast food its defiantly a place to try (especially there shakes!)

The worth place ever to eat burgers,, first and last time Im coming to this place. I order a burger and onion rings,the burger didnt have any flavor at all and the onion rings were greasy that I couldnt eat them,,plus I spend $25.00 in it. I should it go to Wendys.

Very disappointed. They show that theyre open until 10pm on the website, but I got here at 9pm to find out that they close at 9pm everyday of the week. Someone needs to update their information if they want to set the right expectations.

It was my first time there I had a veggie burger and the Mac&cheese bites. The burger was fine but the mac & cheese were not that good. I would go again but try something else they are more known for.

Run-of-the-mill bacon cheeseburger paired with generic fries. Worse yet, the vanilla shake had an odd aftertaste (I doubt it was supposed to taste like that though, probably something wrong with it).
