The food is usually pretty fresh and tasty and I come here once and awhile. What bothers me is the fact that when I I reached the food service line. They were out of 2 things that I wanted which is normally not an issue, but when I am standing there waiting for new product, I can see the young man in the kitchen just taking his sweet time and conversing with a fellow employee who was standing in line instead of showing any urgency to replace the product on the line that was empty. I mean he wasnt just moving slow which he was, he was also stalling and more concerned about his fellow worker who was in line then feeding the long line of customers awaiting there food. I have been in the food service industry for years and I would certainly no longer require the services of an individual like this person. I hope the chipolte management at this particular location recognizes this problem and addresses this issue.

Last week I placed a simple order online. A chicken bowl for myself and a small quesadilla with and organic milk for my son. I noticed that the milk was missing so I told the employee and they apologized and gave me a milk. When I got home and opened the chicken bowl everything looked good except one small problem....the chicken was missing...so whoever prepared my bowl decided that my bowl didnt deserve meat. I was going to post a review then but decided not to. However today I placed another order online and needles to say when I arrived home my sons meal was missing the milk and the fruit that was suppose to come with it. Just make sure you fully check that your order is correct before leaving.. Ive been to this location twice and had missing items both times, cant imagine how many other people have had similar issues as well.

I visit the Newington, CT Chipotle very frequently. Lately I have noticed that the quality and customer service both have dropped significantly. Most times some or the other stuff (fajita, Guac, salsa etc) is missing and I am told that they ran out or it will be a while to prepare. Also, the way bowl is made is by throwing stuff in it, and quite a bit falling around. Today when I spoke to Jose who identified himself as the manager, he mentioned that the Chipotle management are pressuring them to be like this for cost saving / revenue increase. I checked again if he really means that Chipotle management have asked them not to service the customers properly, and he confirmed. I, obviously did not want to dine in such a place and left with mr family. God bless Chipotle!

I got a burrito and it was unevenly spicy, I also asked the employee if it was spicy and she said no (I dont like spicy food). When I when to sit down the tables were very dirty, I also odered nachos and similar to the burrito the nachos were unevenly salted the more I ate of the nachos the more salt was on them eventually it tasted like I was eating salt. Im never coming back to this place and I do not recommend it if you want good mexican food go to Moes wich is about a half mile up the street from here. Much better food service and the nachos are free and are much more evenly salted.

Walked in for lunch this Sat (3/11/17) and I couldnt believe how filthty the tables and floors were in the dinning area. There was food crumbs all over every vacant table and the floors were littered with food droppings. Ive seen bathrooms at rest stops along the highways, cleaner than this. You would think one of the seven employees standing behind the counter chit chating, would have a little motivation and attention to to detail, and clean the dinning area. You should fire the manager on duty.. Will never go back to this Chipolte again.

This place is the worst every time I go there always out of tortilla chips and I always have explosive diarrhea that squirt all over the back of the toilet and my wife gets pisssed... This is suppose to be a Mexican grill but there is not one mexican employed here it looks like a bunch of ghetto killers on the grill what a waste of a restaurant in Newington just an over priced taco Bell thats sells over priced alcohol... Boooo this place

Tonight 8/25/17 at 8:30 I stopped into Chipotle for a late dinner. They were completely out of brown rice, black beans and chorizo!!! There was only 2 spoonfuls of pinto beans and no one was making any of the items they were out of.. That is rediculous on any night but especially on a FRIDAY NIGHT.....

I love Chipotle. I always get the steak burrito with the veggies. This location is the one I come to often because I work just down the block. During lunch times its usually busy but the line goes really fast.

Last time I ever go to chipotle. Im on the road for work stuck in a hotel. Its 9:30 and the guy behind the counter said hes done that he had no food left. Thanks a lot. Chipotle will be hearing from me.
