When we walked in (my sis and niece), we were greeted (if you could call it a greeting), by a snotty and unfriendly hostess. She vaguely motioned us in the direction of an area. Told us to sit where we wished. Them the waiter came to the table we settled on and told us we had to move. It was done so class-less, so rudely! If we werent so hungry we wouldve just left! And we had planned this lunch 3wks earlier for my sisters birthday. Once we were settled, which the hostess gave us attitude once again, we were seated at a nice table. Our waitress was so wonderful and she totally made up for the snarky folks we encountered earlier! Angelia was fun and she was just a delight! We will return because of her and the great food we had! Food was great! (just watch out for the hostess, a very short gal, with the personality of a carp)..

So this review is based off of service on 7/20/16. This is one of my wifes favorite restaurants. Service on this particular visit was incredibly slow. We were seated fairly quickly, but after we were seated, it was probably 10 minutes before our drink order was taken followed by probably 10 more minutes followed by another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. After placing our order it was easily 15-20 minutes before we were served our meals and we didnt get all the food that was ordered. At one point we jokingly said that our additional dinner food was going to be served as dessert. All in we were probably there for about 75 minutes and it wasnt worth the wait.

Most red lobsters have been good. The food here is good but the service really sucks! Maybe its because we're a minority but they like to serve others (who arrive later than us) before us. My family witnessed this and we just left without ordering. We sat there for 20 minutes as waiters and waitresses passed by. They all saw us but they paid no attention to us. That is why we are NEVER coming back to this Red Lobster. Expensive food should at least come with decent service but nope. If you want a good meal for affordable prices and good service go to Dennys. Maybe not as fancy but at least you'll feel comfortable.

We were remided tonight why we had not been back to eat at Red Lobster im like 4 years. It took forever to get our food. When it came the fries were hot but old, like they had been under a warming light for awhile. They were defently not fresh for any of us. My nephews shrimp was greasy and after only eating 4 his stomach was starting to hurt. My mother-in-law said her fish tasted funny and wasnt really that good. All in all a big disappointment, a waste of $47 and will not be returning. I can say honestly the only thing that was good was the 5 biscuits for a table of 7 that came at the end of our meal.

My order was to go on a Wednesday evening about 6pm...$35 for 1/2 order shrimp Alfredo add chicken..(cold and dry NO FLAVOR and I guess I needed to explain that I wanted to add chicken to the pasta it meant to actually take the time for them to cut it up and ADD THE CHICKEN TO THE PASTA ) rock hard biscuits...soup and salad... which cost $3.50 extra i get, but for some reason she said they charged me for a soup INSTEAD ...OK SO I PAID FOR THE SMALL CUP OF SOUP and still GOT NO SALAD

I got food poisoning here. I then proceeded to go to the restroom, and they only had 2 restrooms available. Not to mention it was Fathers day and one restroom was out of service. We had to leave immediatly cuse there was a huge line of women waiting. You would expect theyd get it fixed since it was Fathers day, and also because theyre such a fancy restaurant. Fancy, expensive, and there must have been more than 150 guests. It was an uncomfortable experience.

This review is based off of my experience around September 2016. The wait was not bad. We were seated in a booth with lighting that was way too bright and the tables felt dirty. For as much money as this place makes from selling overpriced, mediocre seafood, I think they would be able to renovate the restaurant. It feels outdated and is in desperate need of updating. The waiter proceeded to flirt with Co workers and use curse words. Service was not great.

Very trashy people. No class what so ever. Manager shiraaz need to be transferred to the ghetto. She really dont know how to handle herself professionally. We complaint that we saw the waiter "REUSED THE LEFTOVER VEGETABLES ON A NEW PLATE RIGHT IN FRONT IF US TO SERVE A NEW CUSTOMER (I GUESS THE CUSTOMERS DEMEANOR WAS A LITTLE COMMANDING BUT NOT RUDE), SHE STARTED CHARGING ON US VERBALLY OF COURSE LIKE A CRAZY BLACK WOMEN.

KITCHEN PROBLEMS. If you value a clean kitchen and I know that most people do, then you will not want to eat here. Upon several first person experiences (While interviewing for a job) and than following conversations with several friends who had either worked at the one locally, or the town over. The general consensus and at times rants were all about the kitchen and its lack of cleanliness. (Mold, Dirty crevices, etc)

Nice meal, good customer service, a great server although I forgot her name. The price I guess reasonable $$$ as expected. The waiting time to be seated wasnt bad, only a 15 min without any reservation. Although, it could have been better if they good serve a drink sampler while you wait or something its called going the extra mile for your customers. But overall, we had a good time. Ill go back again.

Handicap access, live lobster tank near front entrance, clean bathrooms, expect to pay $20 per meal. Dark inside restaurant, Im guessing for an intimate ambiance. Music is quiet pleasant. Waitress was nice and professional just waited a while for refills. Coconut shrimp and lobster cheese mashed potatoes were bursting with flavor a must try. Shrimp linguini could be made at home nothing special.

We ordered fish and chips and fried fantail shrimp dinner. the fish was cheep and had a bad taste to it. The shrimp was over done. The best part was the biscuits and the backed potato. We had to go to Red Robin to get good fish and chips. What a let down. Then we couldnt get refills or out check. VERY Disappointed. I have never been so disappointed in Red Lobster.

Best food we had on our trip to the US. Oh boy it was delicious, way too much food I might say, but really good. The staff was very kind and responsive, they kept bringing bread and drinks to the table. The food was really tasty, but again, it was way too many food. Bread, a bowl of salad, two side dishes and the main dish!

Extremlly not just bad but very very bad at even 445 pm on a monday, service slow, there reasoning was still cooking but food come out cold, ask if they have something in menue, the waiter says no ,when I see tabel next to me get the item, bad tem ,bad service ,cold food ,bad expetance, would never go back

Dinner was served in a decent amount of time but the food wasnt that great. I dont think red lobster has quality seafood at all. Nothing really tasted good, just okay. I came here to treat myself to something fancy but would have been happier spending less anywhere else. I would never eat here again.
