My first mistake of placing an order for delivery. You would think it would be easy call, place an order and get it delivered. My order was BBQ Beef Ribs, half an order of sticky wings, spinach salad, 2 corn on the cobs, crab cakes,1 extra potato and 1 virgin mango drink. When I got the order I notice after the delivery guy left I was missing my drink. I made another call advising them my drink was missing. The person who answer placed me on hold for 6 minutes and then asked again when they return to the line what I wanted I explained again that I had an order delivered and was missing my drink. I was told they will send it over. 20 minutes later I got my drink. when I open it I noticed it was not mango it looked like a virgin pina colada, I called again placed on hold again for 4 minutes and was told that it a mango. That that point I was whatever, I had not even touch the food because I was waiting on the drink and my guest to arrive. To my surprise when I was about to serve I noticed that I did not have my extra baked potato that I ordered. So again what numbers call is this, loss count. I advised the person who answered its me again Im missing my baked potato. The person on the phone started to excused me that I waited 1 hour to call and now state Im missing a potato and I should of told them that the first 3 times I called. Well that that point I lost it I was excused me please what your tone with me. The person on the line said hold on Im getting a manager. So I was placed on hold again for another 6 minutes until the manager came on who picked up right where the other person left off excusing me of waiting so long to call. I was is this a dream.... all I wanted was them to be more careful and this is what I get in return. No Im sorry for the mishap I never one to complain but this was to much. I even advise the manager I work in customer service, and Im a supervisor myself and thats not how you handle a complaint. I was told he will speak to the person about the behavior and what else do you want me to do. Do you want me to send over a baked potato. I was like no thank you, you already messed up my dinner and night....... signed so annoyed and disappointed customer.

Came in from the unbearable heat and the hostess brought us to a table by the window. Wanting some shade, we asked for perhaps a booth out of the sun. Although there were many tables available she placed us on a small table right next to servers station. I got very annoyed with the servers coming and going and throwing their serving trays in a side bin. I ordered the chicken ceasar salad and my companion a quarter chicken with fries. When the food came out it looked like a total mess. Some dirty looking chicken was thrown on top of the salad, pieces of broken bones and all. I tried picking at it to find a few good pieces, but tossed it aside. This caught the attention of the manager who introduced herself and asked us if anything was wrong with the food. Neither of us like to complain, but she mentioned that we did not look very happy with the food. She offered to start over and bring out fresh dishes but we declined. Instead she offered for our meals to be comped, we only paid for the drinks. Although the experience wasnt what we hoped for (I left hungry) she did seem to care and resolved the issue appropriately. Im not sure if Ill ever go back.

If you go, you must go with a group of people that are 21+ The food is okay. Ive definitely experienced better since Im from the south BUT I think this place has real potential in the drink area. Glasses are large. You get bang for your buck. Would try at least one good drink if you decide to go. I ordered the shrimp platter and it came with a baked potato, coleslaw, and cornbread. The cornbread was actually pretty good except it needed to be hot. By the time we received it, the cornbread was lukewarm, although it was still flavorful. The shrimp had a weird taste to it, definitely would not order it again but the bbq sauce made it a little better. Regular baked potato and coleslaw. Overall, the food was not exciting. If I happen to return to this place again, I will be going with the older crew. Im sure it would have definitely been a different experience.

My family and I have been going there for years and always had excellent service and our host Emiele is the greatest. But this past Saturday night I went and ordered my usual and my chicken was extremely spicy I mean it was so spicy my wife and I couldnt eat it our mouths and lips were on fire now take into account the crispy chicken boneless wings comes with sauce on the side. The manager tells me its the same batter they always use so he gave us the regular crispy wings and ideas normal. I got home that evening and felt very ill my stomach was killing me and was sick all the way till Wednesday. The meat must have been expires and covered up with spices to deviate from the norm. Sorry to say I will not be going there for along time. Very sad...

First time at Dallas BBQ, what a dump, the food was disgusting, I ordered a full slab of baby back ribs and the grilled shrimp with pineapple, had to throw the shrimp out, they were hard as rock and tasted a little a funky, (indication that they were not fresh) the largest rib was smaller than my index finger and were dry and tasted old. I just dont understand these 4 or 5 star reviews, this is the GHETTO of barbecue food, or my taste buds are to refined after going to real barbecue restaurants like Hometown Barbecue and Fletchers! You do get what you pay for, GHETTO food!

The food is sub par at best.. Way better BBQ in other places..The host brought me to the table and said, youll have to wait a little...no doubt.. Didnt wait that long.. His attitude was on his sleeves and he didnt like something, not friendly or anything close.. Waitress was nice, hooked her up for her troubles.. Kept getting looks from other staff people and it was weird, almost like they wanted to start something, or felt some type of way. They thought better of it when i asked if there was a problem.. Very Weird vibe, not friendly and food was sub par

Im already planning my next trip back. With drinks that taste that good who can stay away. I tried the mango/coconut margarita and they definitely were not stingy with the alcohol! Great service and the waiter was very accomodating by giving me a table next to a wall outlet as I requested, excellent taco salad, and the ambiance is cool. Great place to grab drinks after work, hang out with a group, date night, or any day for that matter. So mad im just now discovering this restaurant and I only live about 15 minutes away.
