So i waited on hold for 20 minunets to place an order. Shaun who took my order and didnt care that I waited so long. He finally took the order. I ordered beef ribs w/a baked potato and a 1/2 order of vegetable tempora and a regular sized Pina Colada. My order came an hour later I tipped him 3.00 Mainly because their delivery people dont come up you have to go down to get the food. Well the food came but no pina colada I called and told the young lady that answered I didnt get my drink, she put me on hold again. She came back and reported that the driver stated he gave me the drink. I said he did not and asked her to credit my account. She put me on hold yet again. When she came back she said her manager approved a refund that will that 3-4 weeks to be applied to my account. I also want to mention that that they charged me a 4.50 gurtuaty. Im just curious what did they do for me that was worth 4.5 let alone the 7.50 that I paid. Tipping is supposed to be for good service. I didnt get good service so I should not have had to a tip anything

I went here today and Ive been to many bbqs in the city. Most have been pleasant experiences but this one missed every mark. First I went for lunch I got here at 1130 and to my surprise the doors were still closed. We parked far so we decided to wait . When we got inside it had a nasty stink stench of dirty carpet. I knew it wasnt going to be good .My husband ordered baby back ribs the ones on the top were steaming hot and the ones on the bottom were cold like they were in the fridge . When we sent them back its like the waiter knew she didnt even ask why she just asked if we wanted something else and thats after we finally found her which was so annoying because we were one of the two tables she had the 2nd sat directly behind us there were looking for her too . Sadly the only thing that was decent was the bathroom. Very clean but then again we were there when they just opened cant speak for how this is hours after opening. I love BBQs just not this one. This one is to be avoided.

I loved it! The service was amazing the waitress serving us was friendly and helped alot with The ordering seeing as we were there for The first time, the environment was beautiful and The music was good, The food was delicious, the portions are large so I was full with 3 wings already because they are huge wings! The piña colada I fell in love with it it was delicious and creamy love it! The only downside is that my father did get regular wings and they didnt really have flavor at all he had to put bbq sauce so it would have some flavor but other than that everything was delicious even the ribs loved them! And at the end they gave is free bite size cupcakes!!

My husband wanted some wings and we decided to go to this place. The minute we entered the place smelled humid and dirty, then we decided to sit down and then notice that the napkins that were set at the table were dirty and then to top it all of the windows near the booth were were sitting at were so dusty, stained with sauce and even had a shrimp shell laying around. I was discussed by the amount of dirt near the window. I definitely wont be returning to this place. I am giving this restaurant a 1 start but If i could give it zero stars i would.

So I just tried to place an order for delivery and was told that I would have a 15percent service charge due to my address. Ive previously ordered from here, maybe about 4 times and Ive never had this "service charge" before. I quickly let the young woman know and she wasnt able to tell me if this was a new policy or what. I then cancelled the whole order. Its not about the 15 percent but more so about the fact that she was unable to give me any info as to why I wasnt charged this fee on my previous deliveries. Wont be ordering online again.

IF YOU GO HERE, AVOID A WAITRESS NAMED CLARISSA. SHE IS DARK SKINNED WITH SHORT DARK HAIR WITH A SLIM BUILT. VERY RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL. SHE GOT MAD BECAUSE I CALLED HER "MAAM" SHE TOOK FOREVER TO BRING OUR FOOD AND TO ASK US FOR REFILLS. I ASKED FOR SOMETHING TO TAKE HOME AND SHE GRABBED IT WITH HER BARE HANDS AND NEVER BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME.(NOT LIKE I WAS GOING TO EAT IT AFTER SHE PLACED HER HANDS ON MY FOOD.) THIS LOCATION MUST HAVE VERY LOW STANDARDS TO HAVE SUCH A IGNORANT BEING LIKE HER.

Ok this place has it UPs & DOWNs. They food is really good, but the service can be CRAPPY. Sometimes I go and we get fed quick, sometimes the wait staff forget your even there. Their are a lot of pluses, like SPACE- I feel like no matter where you are you have space to move around- not tight like a lot of other restaurants but a minuses is you have to be with your whole party to be seated (no reservations). So if people are slow be prepared to stand outside for a while...

Really great space and theres a ton of it. Attentive, professional service and even better food. Staff is way friendly. Great view of the Deegan and life flying by on a back drop of uptown - you know, the place where rich folk created back in the day to get some space to breathe. A ton of seating options and a ton of TVs for watching sports or presidential debates (lol). Pretty easy parking if you must, but you have to be slick like me.

Service is awful sorry to say but bever again Ill stick to Manhattan maybe uf the waitress had reduce the amount of lash she added to hers she would have maybe give better service. Full of bad attitude and dont have any knowledge of the food shes serving.. shole told us the bonesless wings is actual deboned wing when its actually thigh meat which u dont eat. What a good way to represent the Bronx ... never again. Rachetville!!!!!!!!!

The place is okay, comfortable and kind of good to share with friends and family,the food was wack,its not how you expect it to be could be better, food didnt have any taste. Do not come to this place because is a waste of time and money.prices are affordable but its not worthy! When you think about Dallas BBQ you immediately think of something fancy but its totally the opposite, even the menu is on paper!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE BBQ!!! The prices are great for the amount of food you are served. We go at least once a week and only had one bad experience with a girl waiter ( I think she was new and had too many tables) The HONEY BASTED CHICKEN is a MUST!!!! Always get the chicken and ribs comb for 12 bucks its a TON of food! Always comes out fast and hot! The atmosphere is great and always clean. . .LOVE THIS PLACE!!
