First of all I had to give my order to 2 people at least ten times each no lie at least 20 times when over it before we hung up to be sure it was clear . To wait 2 hours to receive something your allergic to . plus another hour of run around the manager will call back . never does you have to call him back. And when you talk to the manager he forgets that pleasing the customer should be his priority .But he just focusing on defending his workers which are rude and spiteful because one got mad because I said why must I repeat the order so many times and that explains why after ,20 times I still got the wrong order . The manager is the worst and not trying to accommodate the customer needs to certain allergies he didnt respect the fact that after4 1/2 hrs I no longer wanted the food he didnt care I was displeased and did nothing to fix matters. I was stuck with food I cant eat and out my hard earn money. Still hungry and angry the worst ever I had to experience. Anybody that says they have good service they must work there but we the real customers know you ate the worst . you need to close real soon . I will be looking for all my connection to see what can be done to make that possible because I dont want anyone to experience what I did . with allergies that are not respected because they dont have them . BBQ rib house you will see that your customers are important without them your nothing. Im 100% im not alone on this .close your doors and do the customers that dont know about you the trouble of being as displeased with you as I am.

I just received my delivery. It took 90 minutes but granted, they did say 1 hour to 90 minutes. I ordered the chicken and rib combo for my husband with Mac n cheese and potato salad. I had the fried shrimps with Mac n cheese ($1.50 up charge) and I ordered collard greens which never came. The sides were horrible and so small!!! Not only were all the sides disgusting, the portions were for a 2 year old. (I am not exaggerating) The chicken and ribs were good and the fried shrimps were pretty good although they only gave 6 shrimps. Every side we got was disgusting. They give boxed Mac n cheese! Thats embarrassing for a southern restaurant. The potato salad was water and inedible. The Cole slaw was just horrible. The corn bread was under cooked (sticky and moist) I really want to like this place because the meats were good but the sides and boxed Mac n cheese are just horrible. Lets not forget how expensive the food is! My total was $40 and we didnt eat any of the sides. Maybe Ill order from here again if Im desperate and just get baked potatoes or fries or a salad as a side - keep it simple.

This was, without exception, the worst takeout experience I have ever had in the United States. We placed the order at 6pm through GrubHub, and were disappointed to be told that the food would not arrive until 8pm. 2 hours to fry some fish and chicken? But we decided to wait it out. 8pm came and went. 8:30pm came and went. The restaurant told us that our food had left the store 10 minutes ago. Theyre a mile away from our house. 9pm came and went. The restaurant told us again that the food had left the store 10 minutes ago. The food turned up at 9:25pm. Stone cold. My kids, who were supposed to have gone to bed an hour earlier, complained that the fries were soggy and cold, and their pork sandwiches were full of gristle. I ordered the jerk chicken, which was so soaked in vinegar it was inedible. Honestly, this food was absolute garbage. The restaurant refused to give us any kind of refund, and as we paid in advance through GrubHub, we had already paid, and left a generous tip. Avoid this place. The delivery times suck. The service sucks. The food sucks.

I have no idea what all of the negative reviews are about. I guess they can be a little slow but its generally due to getting pounded with orders, and once youre aware of this you can just make sure to order a touch early to counteract it. I dont think Ive ever picked up food without seeing an assembly line trying to get a ton of food out as quickly as possible. The food itself is great, the shishkebab being a personal favorite, and the restaurant is run by the type of guy who you want to see operating a local business in your neighborhood. Hes friendly, knows his regulars by first name, tries to help out other local businesses. If youre one of the one star reviews, give them another shot; it could have just been an off night. If youre looking at reviews in anticipation of your first order, ignore the bad ones. I have been getting food from these guys pretty regularly for years and very rarely had anything but a great experience.

I have googled BBQ rib house to get to their menu and saw all these bad reviews. Its sad that we live in a world where only the people with bad experiences are heard. So i was compelled to write this. I have lived in fleetwood for 5 years and this place is one of my favorites. I have ordered from here alot. A few times a month. Sure they can sometimes take a little while during busy times. They have sometimes forgot little things, especially during busy times. I am a foodie and have had alot of good BBQ places in the Manhattan area and this place is pretty special. The food really is good. They can tighten up their process and invest in a system that can store client accounts/credit cards to streamline ordering. But in general i really love this place. Its a great local spot with awesome BBQ. Keep up the great work BBQ ribhouse team!

I worked here for several months. As a delivery driver, you make $6 an hour, but along with the shitty tips (most of out customers arent thta rich) which are usually $1-3 rarely more, you sometimes will drive twenty min and get no tip. Their reasoning is "i didnt have the money". Well then you shouldnt have ordered the food. Marcel, the boss of your restaurant gives you a total for the costumer than takes some of your already low tip. On top of that, you coud work for him for 16 hours straight and he barely will give you a free SMALL fries or drink for your hard work. This man is all about himself, and the customers and fat, poor, and dont know how to tip. Do not work for Marcel.

I Strongly advice do not go or order delivery from this place of business, the customer service is unprofessional, its as if they are doing you a favor, the owners are a wife and husband establishment, the wife is the one who answers the phone, she comes on the phone with an attitude like shes doing you a favor in taking your order, There business practices are not lawful and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, Oh and about the food you are better off going to BBQs etc..., the food is nothing to write home about.

I have NO IDEA what these people are talking about. If you want GREAT ribs, fast and at a great price with an abundance of sides order from here. Its a rib shack: what kind of red carpet do you want rolled out for a slab of pork?? Order your food and sit down or take it home or get it delivered. Ribs are the best Ive ever tasted and the sweet potato fries and cornbread are phenomenal. Get a grip people. You dont like it make your own at home and have them with a glass of champagne. Maybe thats less "rude"...
