Absolutely appalling! The staff was rude and very judgemental of my mother in law who happens to be a larger lady due to health problems. My mother in law and my oldest daughter went to the bathroom, I followed as soon as I got my youngest settled with my husband and father in law, as my mother in law and daughter passed two young female waitresses sitting at a table, I witnessed both of these girls look at my mother in law with disgust and watched one of them mouth to the other "no one should be that big!" As my mother in law passed them. It took everything in me to NOT say something nasty and make a scene. Then when I approached the manager all he said was "Im sorry, I will speak to them." And that was then end of it. Then I had the pleasure of getting dirty looks from these two waitresses and as I was leaving I got to hear one of them complain about how "stressful" I made her day. Im sorry am I the only who finds it completely rude and disrespectful for ANY staff at ANY food establishment or ANY professional place of employment to make hurtful and judgemental remarks such as these two young girls did? I would NEVER recommend this ihop to anyone, especially those who may be over weight or have health issues unless you like being shamed by the staff for your appearance. How disgusting! And not even an apology, NOTHING! I wasnt looking for a free meal, just an apology for the hurtful things these girls said. And to make them understand that what they did is not right, and extremely rude and disrespectful.

Brought my daughter to see her grandmother and everything was going great, until a waitress started shouting "someone stole my silverware" and would not let it go for about 5 minutes! She even decided to turn around and had the nerve to interrupt our meal to ask us if we saw "who stole her silverware"??? This was extremely rude! Food was fine as always, and our waitress was polite and prompt, but wow was this a bad example of how employees should behave at work! A manager didnt even come over to remove her from the situation as clearly she was having a bad day! IHOP, make sure your servers arent going to fly off the handles in front of your customers!

I love iHop so much! Their pancakes are so amazing and so is their hot chocolate! I always get pancakes and hot chocolate when I eat there. But recently, they switched whipped creams. They switched from Reddi-Whip to Riches. I am not a fan of Riches because it is artificial and tastes disgusting. I always got hot chocolate and pancakes with Reddi-Whip on top because its so good. But now, I cant do that. If any workers or managers are reading this and have recently switched their stores whipped cream to Riches or another whipped cream with the same taste and thickness, please switch back! I would hate to see such a wonderful place go artificial

They are rude the food is lousy and it takes so long for them to bring it to you that your appetite just goes away and then when they bring it its not the right thing or is not cooked correctly disgusted I was disgusted with the service with their waitresses its not worth to take your family to IHOP its expensive and you dont even get the right food let alone have it cooked like I stated before terrible and its a waste of time talking to the manager theyre just as bad as their waitresses theyre rude the only word that I can come up with is disgusting sorry IHOP you guys are lousy...... ....

So let me start by saying I paid $29.04 for 1 Waffle, 1 kids meal that came with half a ham chese sandwich and 1 apple sauce, and I order of mozzarella sticks and a iced tea. I ordered it to go... The girl was very friendly but also confused on the way I ordered my meal. If I hadnt checked my food, I wouldnt have recieved any silverware for my waffle, no apple sauce that came with the kids meal, and no marinara sauce with the mozzarella... In my opinion it was way over priced and just doesnt make sense to me. Never going back.

It took 10mins to even get a spoon for the coffee. We ordered and it took over 40 mins for food. The waitress never checked on us or refilled our drinks while we waited for the food. Once we got the food the waitress walked by us multiple times (around 7-8x) never checked on us or refilled our drinks. I couldnt even get her attention for napkins! The eggs were horrible, overcooked, and definitely say out for a while before even being brought over to our table (tasted like rubber) the salsa tasted old and kind of sour.

The exterior and interior space was clean. The waitress was courteous and professional. The chocolate pancakes were good and it was a healthy portion which I became full and unable to eat the entire portion. There was an overkill of creamy butter on top of the pancakes. I did not eat any of the butter. The hot chocolate was a large portion and tasted good. The food was reasonably priced. I had to make myself noticed at the door before the waitress saw me and directed me to a table.

Very beat down & trashy/lazy/nasty workers.One time I spotted hair in my boyfriend eggs they sent him a "new plate" w/ hair in the middle of the eggs this time.Cleary they removed the hair on top.Then a half of year later I went back w/ a friend.Our waitress took my water after its been sitting there for 10 mins (maybe I took a sip,just b/c it looked fu doesnt mean anything) she took my water and gave it to another customer.Just nasty!!!I never went back.

Usually we have a very good experience at IHop, however today IHop gets an F!!!! 1st of all our waiter must have been having a bad day, because he was rude and acted like we were bothering him whenever we asked for something. That would have been tolerable, but at the end of our meal we found a big black ugly Hair on my wifes toast!!!!! The manager did give us a coupon for our next visit, but todays experience was horrible!!!! A definite F.

They just opened in Newburgh. The waitress was sweet, but everything was just awful. My son ordered the pancakes with strawberries and bananas....The pancakes were tiny and the top one was soaked in a ton of strawberry syrup.....gross. I ordered the stuffed french toast and that was terrible. If I had wanted a cream filled donut, I would have gone to Dunkin Donuts. Its also pricey for such poor quality.

Everything was great, food came out quicker than expected and tasted great! The manager seemed very involved with his staff and was talking to every guest he could, the renovations to the restaurant are amazing! It looks really great, not to mention our server Mayra took great care of everything and made sure all our needs were met!

Terrible food and terrible value. The staff was nice but the teamwork seemded lacking. Another customer complained about the food and the staff did not seem to care or know what to do. The location seemed dirty and in need of some TLC. I would not be surprised to see this facility close within the next year.
