Customer interaction could be 100% better, maybe it was the winter blues settling with my order taker but she just didnt give an effort in her attitude, sounding like her pup just died or one of them emo kid phase characters, as for the food, not many complaints, although this is the first time Ive seen bones in rib tips, idk; I dont eat rib tips but in the years of ordering it for my household, this is the first time I hear that rib tips shouldnt have the bone chopped in them, then again we could just be spoiled by past rib tip makers.
