Ive been eating at Izumi for years now, and they have rarely let me down. The atmosphere is casual and pleasant, the food is fresh and cooked properly, and the waitstaff get the job done. I only have two complaints thus far, in these years, that I will address here: 1. I once, while taking out sashimi, received what appeared to be old fish. I have never had the same problem again, however, since then. 2. While the waitstaff is generally polite, there is one waitress there that always seems to be malcontent, which takes away from some of the experience.

Terrible service went in with family asked the lady difference between shrimp tempura appetizer vs shrimp tempura rolls and she didnt explain just raised her voice on the title of the foods made me feel uncomfortable.
