Food is fullfilling.Their menu is separate by different categories like white rice,brown rice whichever you prefer with chicken teriyaki and lettuce with broccoli on the same plate.You cam also have chicken teriyaki & shrimp with the meal or just shrimp in the same place.All depends on what you in the mood for.You can also call ahead and order whatever you want from the menu.You have option to wait on line or call.Every time you get your order you get menu & a card already showing that you ordered ur meal . check it out you will see for yourself.

The experience was never like this when we use to come here. It was always a 5 star but me and my wife decided to come here for lunch today and the chicken was cold and we complained about it and they put the chicken back on the grill for a minute and the cook who was cooking the chicken decided to remark on the cold chicken with his coworkers using their language. When they hand it to my wife, the cook stated "Now its very hot" with sarcasm. They are so unprofessional and we are not happy at all with this experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! (Yes they DO have sushi and vegetarian items) Weekly specials! Free VIP membership earns free food items. Great FRESH food in satisfying portions! Quick service even when things get hectic! Reasonable pricing. Chicken, shrimp, steak and veggies are all mind numbingly delicious served in a variety of ways. Dumplings, sushi, bento boxes and more. Bring home a bottle of their terriyaki sauce!

Walk at 9h01PM. while serving 2 ppls in front me and still food visible . The guy told me is closed withount having consideration that i drove 20 mnts to get there. When you have person that look so depressed and acting as rebot to finish his shift withount consideration to his customers...I think he should not work in service job ..

If it was on me i give it 0 star... it is horrible the fried rice was cold and their vegetables look really old... the misu soup taste like water!. They also dont have sushi >.> the food look more chinnesse than Japanese. If you have not try Japanese food DONT COME HERE cause it wont be a nice place to try it.

Quick inexpensive meals more options compared to locations in the malls. Chicken teriyaki all the way with vegetables is a good choice (up charge when you get just veggies and no rice).

Best Sarku Japan in my opinion. Always clean and staff are friendly. The only Sarku in the Bronx, that gives you the option to order sushi. Food is always fresh and service is quick.
