Western omelet - new ingredient - FOUND A BLADE FROM A FORK as I started chomping into it. Glad Ive learned to eat slow and chew my food. Yes - I said a fork blade - you know, 1 of the 4 usually found on a fork... It was explained to me that the cook must have broken off the blade when scrambling the eggs... if you dont notice something like that; what else are you not noticing? Speaking of not noticing health code related stuff - this was AFTER I found a fly floating in the glass of water placed on the table when I sat down... If you dine here - youve been warned, good luck.

This is a local diner and I consider it to be far better than the nearby choices. Portions are large, service is warm and friendly Prices are similar to that of other local diners. Go for it If you are in the area and have the option to stop here. I do again and again... Food Quality 9.5/10 Service 10/10

Im here almost every workday for lunch. They treat you like family, so its like coming home for lunch. They have great home made soups (lentil and split pea are the best), and a real chef making excellent specials. They do eggs right (many diners dont), and the best pancakes in Nassau County.

They sent both of us the wrong food, had no clue what my girlfriend ordered, dirty napkins left to be reused on the table, coffee was not flowing. We noticed we were not the only table with the food being sent back. It was a really poor experience for us both and we will not be returning.

A very good basic diner. The staff is attentive and atmosphere is comfortable. A smaller diner that has a charm of its own. You do not get lost as you would in a larger and busier diner. Decent chow and well worth a visit or two or three.

Nice dinner, decent food, my pet peeve is why do they only give you enough water for one cup of tea. If you want another cup you have to get another tea bag. They should invest in a couple of stainless steel pitchers for hot water.

I love love love it here.... The food is great...always have exactly what you want....the daily specials give you a good selection...and if in the neighborhood stop in and ask for Tina the waitress...she is the one of the best....

The food is good, its average. The service is okay. They are more patient than other diners I have been too, I usually come here in a large group. They still give our party some attitude here and there but they never rush us.

Amazing service, food, staff, and nice and clean. I live 30 minutes away and its worth the hike. The owner is very friendly and I was surprised to find out he was the owner of Jericho one of my favorite diners.

Staff is extremely friendly! Other than that, theres not much to brag about. We felt the food was a bit overpriced and average taste. We both had sandwiches, so Id recommend trying one of their other dishes.
